유아의 기록을 통한 배움의 의미 다시 생각하기

국문 초록

2019 개정 누리과정의 고시로 놀이가 교육과정의 한 축으로 자리잡음에 따라 유아의 배움 재해석 되어야 했다. 본 연구에서는 동화초병설유치원 샛별반 교사와 유아의 기록을 통해 교사의 “유아배움”의 이해과정을 탐색해 나갔다. 연구과정은 샛별반 교육과정 운영에 대한 교사의 기록과 기록장을 채워나간 유아들의 기록을 통해 유아들의 경험을 들여다보며 현장연구자 모임에서 이야기 나눈 것이 얽혀 들어가며 분석되었다. 연구 결과 유아의 기록장에서는 유아가 경험한 세계를 그들이 기억하고자 하는 모습으로 담겨 있었고, 이 기록과 교사의 기록이 얽혀 들어갈 때 비로소 유아의 배움이 그 모습을 드러내었다. 드러난 배움은 유아 개개인의 경험들이 세계와 만나면서 생성해 내는 것이었고, 특개성을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 유아의 배움을 재조명해 보고, 교사의 역할에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum announcement placed play as one of the core elements of the educational curriculum, and children's learning had to be reinterpreted. In this study, we investigated the process of teachers' understanding of “early childhood learning” through the records of teachers and young children in children's classes at a fairy tale kindergarten. I went exploring. The research process was analyzed by examining the experiences of the children through the teachers' records regarding the management of the school curriculum and the records of the children who completed the records, as well as the discussions at the field researchers' meetings. Research has shown that in the records of young children, the world they experience is reflected in the way they try to remember it, and when these records and teachers' records are intertwined, young children's learning emerges for the first time. did. The learning that became clear was that each child's individual experience was generated through encounters with the world, and had a unique character. Based on these research results, we reexamined young children's learning and discussed the role of teachers.
