국문 초록

연구목적: 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 자기조절력, 리더십에 대한 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 경북 P시 소재 어린이집에 재원중인 만 3, 4, 5세 유아와 그들의 어머니 각각 241명이다. 자료수집은 2022년 1월3일~1월28일까지 어머니의 정서표현성은 어머니 자기보고식 평정도구, 유아의 자기조절력 및 리더십은 담임교사가 측정하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 자기조절력, 리더십간의 관계는 전체적으로 유의미한 정적상관관계, 부정적 정서표현은 유아의 자기조절력, 리더십간의 관계는 전체적으로 유의미한 부적상관관계를 보여 어머니의 정서표현과 유아의 자기조절력, 리더십은 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 자기조절력 및 4개의 하위요인에 긍정적 영향, 어머니의 부정적 정서표현은 자기조절력 및 4개의 하위요인에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째,어머니의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 리더십 및 리더십 4개 하위요인 긍정적 영향,부정적 정서표현은 리더십 및 4개의 하위요인에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현은 유아의 자기조절력 및 리더십에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 연구결론: 본 연구결과는 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현의 중요성을 재조명하고, 유아의 자기조절력과 리더십 함양 부모교육의 기초자료 제공 측면에서 교육적 시사성이 높다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of mother's emotional expression onpreschool children’s self-regulation and leadership. Methods: The subjects of the study were 241 children aged 3, 4, and 5 years old and theirmothers enrolled in a daycare center located in P-city, Gyeongbuk. Data werecollected from January 3rd to January 28th, 2022 by measuring mother's emotionalexpression by mother's self-report evaluation tool, and infant's self-regulation andleadership by nursery class teachers aged 3, 4, and 5 years old. Results: First, the relationship between mother's positive emotional expression and infant'sself-regulation and leadership showed a significant positive overall correlation, andmother's negative emotional expression showed a significant negative correlationbetween infant's self-regulation and leadership as a whole. It can be seen thatchildren's self-regulation and leadership are closely related. Second, it was found thatthe mother's positive emotional expression had a positive effect on the infant'sself-regulation ability and four sub-factors, and the mother's negative emotionalexpression had a negative effect on the self-regulation ability and four sub-factors. Third, mother's positive emotional expression had a positive effect on children'sleadership and 4 leadership sub-factors, and negative emotional expression had anegative effect on leadership and 4 sub-factors. These results indicate that themother's positive emotional expression has a positive effect on the child'sself-regulation and leadership. Conclusion: The results of this study shed new light on the importance of mothers' positiveemotional expression, and have high educational implications in terms of providing basicdata for parents' education to foster children's self-regulation and leadership.
