유아교사의 코칭역량과 인문역량이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

연구목적: 유아교사의 역할 변화가 요구되면서 유아교사의 역량 제고의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 코칭역량과 인문역량, 교수효능감이 교사-유아 상호작용미치는 영향과 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 코칭역량과 인문역량이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 교수효능감의 매개적 역할을 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2022년 11월 29일부터 12월 12일까지 유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 341명의 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics Program 22.0과 Amos Program 22.0을 이용하여 기초통계분석과 상관관계분석, 연구모형분석의 순서로 진행하였다. 연구결과: 유아교사의 코칭역량과 인문역량이 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는데 있어 유아교사의 교수효능감이 보이는 매개효과 검증 결과, 유아교사의 코칭역량이 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는데 있어 교수효능감의 부분 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 인문역량이 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는데 있어 교수효능감의 완전 매개효과 역시 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결론: 교수효능감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 유아교사의 코칭역량과 인문역량은 유아교사의 교수효능감을 매개로 하여 교사-유아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 질 높은 교사-유아 상호작용을 위해 교사의 코칭역량과 인문역량 관련한 다양한 연구의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: As the role of early childhood teacher is required to change, the need to improve earlychildhood teachers' competencies is emerging. This study examines the influence of earlychildhood teachers' coaching competency, humanities competency, and teaching efficacyon teacher-infant interaction and the structural relationship between variables. The purposeof this study is to confirm the mediating role of teaching efficacy in the influence of coachingcompetency and humanities competency on teacher-infant interaction. Methods: From November 29 to December 12, 2022, a survey was conducted targeting earlychildhood teachers, and the collected data of 341 were used for basic statisticalanalysis, correlation analysis and research using IBM SPSS Statistics Program 22.0and Amos Program 22.0. The model analysis was conducted in order. Results: As a result of the verification of the mediating effect of early childhood teachers'teaching efficacy in the influence of early childhood teachers' coaching competency andhumanities interaction on teacher-infant interaction, the effect of early childhoodteachers' coaching competency on teacher-infant interaction the patrtial mediatingeffect of efficacy was found to be statistically significant. In addition, the completemediating effect of teaching efficacy was also found to be significant in that thehumanities competency of early childhood teachers affects teacher-infant interaction. Conclusion: As a result of examining the mediating effect of teaching efficacy, it was found that thecoaching competency and humanities competency of early childhood teachers affectteacher-infant interaction through the medium of early childhood teachers' teachingefficacy. This suggests the need for various studies related to teachers' coachingcompetency and humanities competency for high-quality teacher-infant interaction.
