영문 초록

Recently, Saudi Arabia's independent diplomatic moves have stood out. These changes are attributable to regional instability caused by the shift of US efforts to Asia due to the rise of China. This is because Russia and China have filled the vacuum that the US left. But Saudi Arabia is forging its own line rather than relying on strong powers, attempting to break the status quo based on the pursuit of national interests. In addition, Saudi Arabia is clearly aware of its advantages in the international community and is actively utilizing them. This is because they are making strategic choices based on their interests, not only with great powers, but also with their competitors. This is interpreted as Saudi Arabia, which already has capabilities as a pivot state, is implementing pivot state strategies in connection with its future strategy of reforming its economic structure and strengthening soft power.
