중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 기본심리욕구 만족의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 기본심리욕구 만족의 하위요인인 자율성 만족, 유능성 만족, 관계성 만족의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 중학교 학생 444명을 대상으로 부모의 학습관여, 기본심리욕구 만족, 안녕감 검사를 실시하였다. 변인 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 기본심리욕구 만족의 하위요인의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여, 기본심리욕구 만족의 각 하위요인, 안녕감 간에는 상관이 있다. 둘째, 중학생이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 안녕감 간의 관계에서 자율성 만족, 유능성 만족, 관계성 만족은 부분매개효과가 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중학생의 주요 환경요인인 부모의 긍정적 학습관여로 중학생의 기본심리욕구 만족도를 높여줌으로써 안녕감을 향상시키는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of autonomy satisfaction, competence satisfaction, and relatedness satisfaction, which are the sub-factors of basic psychological need satisfaction, in the relationship between parental academic involvement and well-being perceived by middle school students. 444 middle school students in Busan were surveyed for parental academic involvement, basic psychological need, and well-being. Correlation analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between variables, and hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of the sub-factors of basic psychological need satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant correlation among parental academic involvement and each sub-factor of basic psychological need satisfaction, well-being. Second, in the relationship between parental academic involvement and well-being perceived by middle school students, autonomy satisfaction, competency satisfaction, and relationship satisfaction have partial mediating effects. These results suggest that it is important to improve the sense of well-being by increasing basic psychological need satisfaction of middle school students through parental academic involvement, which is a major environmental factor for middle school students.
