공립유치원의 원격수업 운영실태 및 교사의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 공립유치원의 원격수업 운영실태 및 교사의 인식을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해서 공립유치원 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구대상은 200명이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 원격수업을 계획시 고려사항은 ‘동영상 등 콘텐츠 및 실물 놀이 자료 유무’가 가장 많았으며, 원격수업 운영 시 일일 평균 유아에게 지원되는 놀이 배움 지원양은 ‘4개’가 가장 많았다. 원격수업형태는 ‘놀이꾸러미’를 제공하는 형태가 가장 많았으며, 가장 많이 활용한 자료는 ‘EBS 방송 콘텐츠’, ‘교육부 및 시도교육청 제공 자료’와 같이 공공콘텐츠인 것으로 나타났다. 가정과의 소통방법은 ‘온라인 학급방’을 통한 놀이 지원이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 유치원 원격수업 지원에 대한 만족도는 낮았으며, 교사들은 등원수업보다 많이 소요되는 원격수업 준비시간을 가장 큰 어려움으로 인식하였다. 아울러 원격수업 확대의 필요성에 대한 인식은 낮았으며, ‘원격수업 질 향상을 위한 콘텐츠 개발’ 지원에 대한 요구가 가장 높았다. 본 연구는 향후 유치원 원격수업의 효율적 운영과 안착을 위한 지원방안을 마련하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the management status and teachers’ perceptions on distance learning in public kindergarten. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting public kindergarten teachers, and the study subjects were 200. The results of this study are as follows. First, when planning distance learning for kindergarten, the most consideration was 'the presence of video content and real play materials', and the average amount of play learning support provided to young children per day when operating distance learning was 4 the most. As for the form of distance learning, ‘play packs’ were the most frequently used, and the most used materials were found to be public contents such as ‘EBS broadcasting contents’ and ‘data provided by the Ministry of Education and provincial and provincial offices of education’. The most common method of communication with family was support for play through 'online classrooms'. Second, satisfaction with kindergarten distance learning support was low, and teachers recognized that the preparation time for distance learning, which was more time-consuming than regular classes, was the biggest difficulty. In addition, awareness of the necessity of expanding distance learning was low, and the highest demand for support for ‘development of content to improve the quality of distance learning’. It is expected to provide basic data necessary to prepare support method for the efficient operation and settlement of kindergarten distance learning in the future.
