영유아 동반한 자를 위한 모듈 교체형 퍼스널 모빌리티 시장 잠재력 조사

국문 초록

교통약자인 영유아를 통반한 자들의 이동의 불편함을 해결하기 위해서 아동 모빌리티들의 전동화를 추진하였고 구동부를 플랫폼화하여 상단부 모듈을 교체하는 방식으로 모듈 교체형 퍼스널 모빌리티의 컨셉을 수립하였다. 도출한 제품 컨셉을 가지고 시장 잠재력 조사를 위해 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역 5세 미만의 자녀 1명 혹은 2명을 양육 중인 30~40대 부모이면서 월가구 소득 오백만원 이상의 퍼스널 모빌리티 제품의 유경험자나 사용 의향자를 대상으로 하였고 참석 조건에 부합하는 아빠그룹 7명, 엄마그룹 6명을 대상으로 모듈형 퍼스널 모빌리티의 니즈를 파악하고 주요 요구사항 및 선호 모빌리티 종류, 선호하는 퍼스널 모빌리티의 기능에 대해서 파악할 수 있었다. 생애 주기별로 사용할 수 있는 모듈 교체형 퍼스널 모빌리티 제품의 컨셉에 대해서는 다용도로 사용할 수 있는 점에서 긍정적으로 평가하였고 사용 주기가 길어져서 사용할 가치가 있다고 평가하였다. 차량 적재를 위한 가벼운 무게와 폴딩 기능을 선호함을 알 수 있었고 아빠그룹에서는 탈착식 배터리의 선호도가 높았다. 엄마그룹에서 모듈 교체 기능에 대해서 부담스럽고 번거로울 것 같다는 의견을 입수하여 쉽고 편하게 모듈을 교체할 수 있는 기능이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 모듈 교체형 퍼스널 모빌리티에 대한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해서 사용자들이 개발 초기에 참여하여 고객의 니즈 및 사용자의 요구사항을 반영할 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In order to solve the inconvenience of movement for infants and toddlers, the concept of module replacement personal mobility was established by moving the child mobility and replacing the upper module by platforming the driving unit. Focus group interviews were conducted to investigate market potential with the derived product concept. Parents in their 30s and 40s who are raising one or two children under the age of 5 in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and those who have experienced or intend to use personal mobility products with monthly household income of 5 million won or more, were able to understand the needs of modular personal mobility and the functions of preferred personal mobility. The concept of a module replaceable personal mobility product that can be used by life cycle was evaluated positively in that it can be used for many purposes, and it was evaluated that it was worth using due to the prolonged use cycle. It was found that it preferred light weight and folding functions for vehicle loading, and the dad group had a high preference was high. Mom Group analyzed the opinion that the module replacement function would be burdensome and cumbersome, confirming that a function that can replace modules easily and conveniently is needed. Through a focus group interview on module replacement personal mobility, it was confirmed that the research is significant in that users can participate in the early stages of development and reflect customer needs and user requirements.
