‘이순신’ 위기 리더십 문헌동향 분석

국문 초록

최근 체계적 문헌고찰은 다양한 연구 분야에 적용되고 있으며 주요 결과는 통계처리를 한다. 본 연구는 질적연구가 대부분인 이순신 리더십 연구 중에서 특히 위기 리더십의 선행들이 체계적인 문헌고찰 방법으로 분석될 수 있는지를 탐색하는 연구이다. 체계적 문헌고찰에 따르면 제목에서 '이순신', '위기', '리더십'이 검색되어 제거조건을 적용하여 제거한 후, 선별된 모든 논문은 질적 연구를 수행하고 있어 정량화하기 어려웠다. 제목에서 '이순신', '위기', '리더십'을 포함한 두 개의 논문과 제목에 '이순신', '리더십'을 포함한 두 개의 논문을 내용적으로 비교하였다. 제목에서 ‘이순신’, ‘위기’, ‘리더십’이 포함된 논문에 공통적으로 들어있는 단어는 명량해전임을 확인할 수 있었고, 내용적으로 살펴보았을 때도 위기 리더십에 해당하는 내용에 명량해전이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 주제와 같이 질적연구에는 체계적 문헌고찰 방법을 적용할 때 검색어 선택 범위를 연구주제가 충분히 반영되어 내용적으로 확인할 수 있게 충분히 고려할 필요가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Recently, the systematic review has been applied to various research fields, and the main results are statistical, so this study explores whether the precedents of crisis leadership can be analyzed through a systematic review among Lee Soon-Shin's leadership studies, which are mostly qualitative studies. According to the systematic review, 'Lee Soon-Shin', 'Crisis', and 'Leadership' were searched in the title, removed according to the removal conditions, and all selected papers were conducting qualitative research, and it was difficult to quantify the contents of Lee Soon-Shin's case in combination with the proposed model. Therefore, two papers containing 'Lee Soon-shin', 'Crisis', and 'Leadership' were compared in terms of content in the title, and two papers containing 'Lee Soon-shin' and 'Leadership'. There was a battle of Myeongnyang in common in research papers selected from the title and papers that were not removed, and when examined in terms of content, there was a battle of Myeongnyang in content corresponding to crisis leadership. Therefore, it was confirmed that when applying the systematic review to qualitative research as in this study topic, it is necessary to fully consider the scope of search word selection so that the research topic can be fully reflected and checked in content.
