서로나눔학교 운영 1년에 대한 교사들의 이야기

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 원고에서는 '서로나눔학교' 운영을 주도하고 있는 담당 부장교사의 목소리를 통해'서로나눔학교' 실제를 밝히고, 이를 통한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: '서로나눔학교' 운영 실제를 살펴보기 위하여 '서로나눔학교' 운영에 대한 울산교육청의 지원과 단위학교의 운영과제 실행에 대해 2019년에 선정된 9개 '서로나눔학교'의 담당 부장 교사들을 대상으로 2020년 7 월 9일부터 15일까지 3명씩 세 집단으로 면담을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과: '서로나눔학교' 운영 실제에 대한 교사들의 이야기 속에서 서로 소통하는 민주적 학교문화. 서로 존중하는 생활공동체, 서로 협력하는 전문적 학습공동체, 서로 성장하는 교육과정으로 크게 4가지연구결과 범주를 도출하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 '서로나눔학교'의 교사들이 1년간 학교를운영하며 실제적 경험을 공유하는 것을 기반하여 학교 구성원들이 함께 성장하는 것과 더불어협력적 학교문화로 나아가는 기초자료로서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: In order to settle the 'seoronanum school', it is necessary to reveal the reality of the current 'seoronanum school' in the stories of teachers, which can be said to be the beginning of the innovation school, and to obtain implications for further progress. Therefore, this manuscript attempts to clarify the reality of the 'seoronanum school' through the voice of chief teacher who is leading the operation of the 'seoronanum school' and present implications through this. Method: In order to examine the actual operation of the 'Seoronanum school', interviews were conducted from July 9 to 15, 2020 with the chief teachers in charge of 9 'Seoronanum schools' selected in 2019. Results: In the stories of teachers about the actual operation of the 'Seoronanum school', four categories was derived: 'a democratic school culture that communicates with each other', 'a living community that respects each other', 'a professional learning community that cooperates with each other', and 'a curriculum that grows with each other'. Conclusion: This study is meaningful as basic data for the growth of school members and the formation of a collaborative school culture based on the actual experiences experienced by teachers of 'Seoronanum school' while operating the school for one year.
