코로나19 전·후 온라인 교육의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 비교 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 미래교육의 혁신과제인 온라인 교육에 관련된 연구와 발전 방안에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 수행되고 있지만 이용 의도와 관련된 연구는 상대적으로 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 코로나19 전·후를 비교하여 온라인 교육의 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수의 요인들을 도출하고, 기술수용모형(TAM)을 개념적 프레임(Conceptual Frame)으로 이용하여 연구 목적을 달성하고자 한다. 특히 코로나19로 인해 비자발적으로 온라인 교육으로만 교육을 받아야만 했으며, 충분한 경험을 갖은 학습자들을 대상으로 한 연구를 통해 코로나19 전·후를 비교하고자 한다. 논문구성/논리: 본 논문을 총 5개의 장으로 구성되어 있으며 제1장은 서론으로서 연구의 배경과 연구목적을 기술하고 있으며, 제2장은 이론적 배경과 가설을 설명하고 있다. 제3장은 연구방법을 다루고 있다. 제4장은 분석 결과를 도출하고 있다. 제5장은 결론을 내리고 있다. 결과: 본 연구를 통해 주관적 규범, 이미지, 외재적/내재적 동기, 상대적 이점, 상호작용성, 인지된 용이성이 인지된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 주관적 규범과 인지된 유용성이 이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 사회적 이미지는 인지된 유용성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 독창성/가치: 본 연구는 온라인 교육의 이용 의도에 관한 연구로 코로나19 이전의 관련 연구들과 달리 코로나19 이후 비자발적으로 충분히 온라인 교육을 경험한 학생들을 대상으로 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 코로나19 이전의 연구와 비교하였다. 전 세계적으로 나타난 코로나19 팬데믹(Pandemic) 상황에서 비대면 접촉이 일반화되는 '언택트 사회' 를 대비하여 코로나19 전·후를 비교하여 온라인 교육의 이용의도를 결정하는 수용 요인들을 연구하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: Although research on online education, an innovative development for future education, and research on development plans are being continuously conducted, research on intentions of use is relatively insignificant. Accordingly, factors of major variables affecting the intention to use online education are derived by comparing the period before and after COVID-19, and the research purpose is determined by using the technology acceptance model (TAM) as a conceptual frame. In particular, the purpose of this study is to compare the period before and after COVID-19 through a study targeting learners who had to receive education only through online education involuntarily because of COVID-19. Composition/Logic: Chapter 1 describes the background and purpose of the study as an introduction, and Chapter 2 explains the theoretical background and hypotheses. Chapter 3 deals with research methods. Chapter 4 presents the results of the analysis. Chapter 5 concludes this paper. Findings: Through this study, subjective norm, extrinsic/intrinsic motivation, relative advantage, interactivity, and perceived ease of use were found to have a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Moreover, subjective norms and perceived usefulness were confirmed to have a positive effect on intention to use. However, social image did not affect perceived usefulness. Originality/Value: Factors affecting the intention to use online education were analyzed for students who had sufficiently experienced online education involuntarily after COVID-19 and compared with studies before COVID-19. In preparation for the 'untact society' where non-face-to-face contact is common in the global COVID-19 pandemic, the acceptance factors that determine the intention to use online education were studied by comparing before and after COVID-19.
