국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 결혼의향이 높은 서울시 미혼남녀의 예비부부교육 프로그램 운영방식 선호도를 분석하고, Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하는 5단계 요구우선순위 결정방안을 토대로 예비부부교육 주제에 대한 요구 및 우선순위를 밝히는 것이다. 현재의 교제 상대와 결혼의향이 높은 서울시 미혼남녀 500명을 대상으로 실시한 온라인 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 운영방식 선호도는 기술통계를 활용하여 분석하였고, 주제에 대한 요구 및 우선순위는 필요수준과 현재수준 간 평균 차이를 검정하는 대응표본 t-검정을 실시한 후, Borich 요구도 분석방법과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 상위 우선순위에 해당하는 교육주제를 도출하였다. 프로그램 운영방식은 단회기, 회기 당 1시간, 주말 오후 및 오전 시간, 비대면, 쌍방향 실시간형을 가장 선호하였다. 예비부부교육 주제는 ‘부모됨’과 ‘재무관리’가 중복적으로 상위 우선순위로 도출되어 최우선으로 고려해야 할 주제였다. 본 연구는 결혼의향이 높은 미혼남녀의 예비부부교육 요구도를 체계적으로 분석함으로써 향후 예비부부교육의 개발 및 보완을 위한 유용한 자료를 제시하였다는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to analyze implementation method preferences for premarital education programs and to identify the needs and priorities among education content utilizing the 5-step procedure of systematic needs analysis. The data came from 500 unmarried individuals living in Seoul, who have high intentions to marry their current partner. To analyze the needs and priorities of seven premarital themes, we used paired sample t-tests, Borich priority formula, and The Locus for Focus Model. The participants preferred when premarital education is a single session, lasts for an hour, holds on weekend afternoons or mornings, and uses virtual synchronous platforms. Among seven themes, parenting and financial management were the top priorities. This study provides useful data for premarital education programming by systematically analyzing the needs and priorities of individuals with high marital intentions.
