국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 서비스 접근성과 장애인의 사회통합과의 관계가 어떠한지 문헌고찰을 중심으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 조사결과, 장애인복지의 궁극적 목적은 장애인의 자립과 사회통합이다. 이를 위해서는 장애인 스스로의 자립을 위한 개인의 역량을 강화시키는 것이 중요하다 그러나 장애인의 사회통합이 이루어지기 위한 비장애인의 의식변화와 사회구성원으로서 존재할 수 있도록 하는 서비스의 접근성은 매우 중요하다. 장애인의 사회통합은 장애를 갖고 있는 사람의 기회와 참여가 증가하여 같은 사회에 살고 있는 비장애인과 동등한 상태로 사회적 서비스에 대한 접근성이 원활하게 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해서는 공간적 접근성, 시간적 접근성, 경제적 접근성, 심리적 접근성 등이 고려되어야 한다. 또한 이러한 서비스의 접근성을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회적 연결망과 서비스 기회가 획득 될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 따라서 장애인의 성공적인 사회통합을 위해서는 지역사회 자원의 활용과 프로그램에 접근할 수 있는 서비스 접근성에 대한 지속적인 관심과 실증적인 연구조사가 요구된다. 이때 고려되어야 할 점은 물리적 환경뿐 아니라, 장애인에 대한 사회적 태도, 사회적 참여, 제도적 통합 등을 고려해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

According to literature review, the aim of this study is to research the relationship between service access and social integration on the handicapped. Upon survey, the ultimate purposes of welfare on the handicapped are self-reliance and social integration. For this, it is important to empower personal abilities centered in self-reliance on the handicapped. However, there are very essential that the non-handicapped consciousness change for social integration and service access for making the handicapped to be community members. The social integration on the handicapped would be vitalized in terms of opportunities and participations, being reached to equal social service access among all ordinary human beings. In this regard, these should be considered about spatial, time, economic, and physical access. Furthermore, for rising service access, social networks and service opportunities are absolute to be given for the handicapped. Then, continuous interest in service access and positive research are needed for using community resource, program approachability, and so on due to successive social integration for them. At this point, like physical conditions, social attitude, participation, and institutional integration of them, etc would be thought as well.
