국문 초록

본 연구에서는 물류산업 생태계의 상생과 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 물류 서비스 프로세스를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 최종적인 물류 서비스를 위탁할 수 있는 평가 프레임워크를 제안한다. 물류 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 LLP는 서비스의 일부를 파트너(공급사)와 위탁 계약을 맺고 수행할 수 있다. 이 과정에서 본 연구는 기존의 물류정책기본법 시행령과 같은 기존의 업종별 구분이 아닌 실제 제공되는 다양한 기능을 프로세스 관점으로 분석하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한 서비스의 구매/공급 관점에서 물류 산업의 비즈니스 생태계 조성 및 전략적 육성에 참고할 수 있는 평가 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이를 위하여 전문가 인터뷰를 통한 AHP 분석을 수행하여 사업의 중요도, LLP의 이익, 파트너사의 이익, 탄력 회복성의 4 개 측면으로 평가 우선 순위를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we analyze the logistics service process for the improvement of win-win cooperation and competitiveness of the logistics industry ecosystem., and based on this, we propose an evaluation framework that can entrust the final logistics service. In the process of providing logistics services, an LLP may enter into a consignment contract with a partner (supplier) to perform a part of the logistics service. Therefore, this study proposes a method to analyze the various functions provided from the perspective of the process, rather than the industry classification based on the framework act on logistics policies. In addition, from the perspective of service purchase and supply, we propose an evaluation framework that can be referred to in the creation of a business ecosystem and strategic nurturing of the logistics industry. To this end, AHP analysis was performed through expert inverview to derive evaluation priorities in four aspects: the importance of the business, profit of the LLP, profit of the partner(supplier), and resilience.
