중국 사상과 니체

국문 초록

1980년대 중국의 사상계에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤던 서양 사상가 중 대표인 니체의 당시 중국에의 영향을 논의한다. 다음 세 가지가 니체 사상이 개혁, 개방의중국에 선택된 이유이다. 첫째, 문명의 비판, 둘째, 미학 사상, 셋째, 정신문명의건설. 이론 검토로 당시 중국의 ‘제 3차 니체 신드롬’을 야기한 니체 사상을 중국의 이에 대한 연구를 중심으로 살펴보면 첫째, 사상 해방(자유화)으로 모든 가치의 새로운 평가로 그리스 사상을 가치 정립의 새로운 기준으로 보았으며 둘째, 미학 사상은 생명 의식으로 ‘미(美)’가 가치이며 미를 통한 형이상학의 전복과 인간 해방(자유화)을 주장한다. 셋째, 권력 의지로 ‘초인(超人)’과 연결되어 기존서양의 종교, 윤리와 철학을 비판한다. 1980년대 개혁, 개방 시대 중국에 영향을 가한 니체의 사상은 첫째, 사상 해방(자유화)으로 신시대는 무엇인가에 대한 대답을 제시한다. 자아 및 이성 가치에대해서 이론을 제시하며 생명 본능의 긍정과 창조성 및 자아초월성 강조가 그의대안이다. 둘째, 니체의 영향으로 생명 의식을 들 수 있는데 니체를 ‘시화(詩化)’ 된 낭만주의의 창도자로 간주한다. 이로써 인간과 현실 사회의 미학 해방(자유화)에 이르는 단초를 제공해 준다고 주장한다. 셋째, 니체의 영향은 초인(超人) 과 권력 의지에 대해서이다. 1980년대 후반기 ‘초인(超人)’의 도래를 기대하는중국에서는 그러므로 ‘초인(超人)’과 ‘충창(沖創, 생명 본성을 충동이나 감정을위주로 한) 의지’로 해석한다. 또한 노장(老壯) 사상과 비교하여 니체의 ‘중국화’ 를 시도한다. 결론으로 다음 세 가지를 제시한다. 첫째, 니체 사상은 개혁, 개방의 중국에가장 수용(收容)이 많이 되었다. 주로 그의 서양 사상과 문화의 비판적 경향 때문이었다. 둘째, 니체 중국 수용에는 사상 해방(자유화), 미학 사상 및 초인과 권력 의지 등이 ‘중국화’ 되어 해석, 적용되었다. 셋째, 니체의 중국 영향은 당대 중국 사상과 개혁, 개방 시대 이해에 하나의 실마리를 제공한다.

영문 초록

I have illuminated that Nietzsche had influenced China through modern and contemporary period. I have explained that the reasons Nietzsche had been selected by Chinese intellectuals was as follows: first, the critique of Western civilization, second, the aesthetics thoughts, and third, the construction of thought civilization. The theoretical background of the 1980`s influences of Nietzsche has focused on the Chinese studies of ‘the third Nietzsche syndrome’ has been the thought liberation, which would explained the Greek thoughts as the criterion of the new values, aesthetics thoughts as life consciousness has been the highest value, and the will to power has related with overman that has criticized Western religion, morality and philosophy. The Nietzsche thoughts in the China`s 1980`s has been as follows: first, thought liberation had suggested the new era in which life affirmation, creativity and self-transcendence had been most important, second, Nietzsche had been considered as poeticizing romanticism, and third overman and the will to power had been thought as life centered will in China. The Chinese interpretation of Nietzsche had been compared with Laozi and Zhuangzi thoughts. In conclusion, I suggested that first, due to the critique characterization, Nietzsche had been the most incited thinker in 1980`s China, second, the Chinese interpretation of thought liberation, aesthetics thoughts and overman and the will to power has been activated, and third, Nietzsche`s influences in 1980`s China has been the clues the understanding of the reform and opening period.
