스마트 팩토리 도입에 있어서 기술준비도가 혁신지각요인과 혁신저항에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라 중소 제조 기업들이 스마트 팩토리로의 전환 및 관련 기술을 도입하지 않거나 기술의도입에 저항하는 이유를 확인하고 이에 대응하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위한 연구이다. 세부적으로는 관련기술을 수용하기 위한 기술준비도와 받아들이지 않으려는 혁신저항에 대한 연구를 통하여 이들 구성요인들의지각 수준을 적절하게 조정함으로서 혁신저항의 수준을 감소시키고 스마트 팩토리의 도입 수준을 제고할수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이 중요한 연구의 목적이다. 우리나라 중소 및 중견 기업 130개를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, SPSS 23을 활용한 탐색적 요인분석과 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용한 확인적 요인분석 및 판별 타당성을 검증하였으며, 이를 모두 충족하는 연구항목을 활용하여 경로분석 방식으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구가설을 검정한 결과 기술준비도의 세부요인들인 낙관성, 혁신성, 불편감 및 불안감은 혁신지각요인들인상대적 이점, 적합성, 복잡성 및 지각된 위험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기술준비도 요인의수준을 제고하거나 감소시키는 것이 혁신지각요인들의 수준을 제고하거나 감소시키는 것에 영향을 미칠 수있음을 확인하였다. 또한 혁신지각요인들은 혁신저항에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 중소 제조기업들의 스마트 팩토리 도입수준을 제고하기 위해서는 해당 기업의 기술준비도 요인들 및 혁신저항 모델요인들의 지각 수준을 제고하거나 감소시키는 활동이 필요함을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study is to identify the reasons why small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in Korea either do not adopt the smart factory conversion and related technology or resist the introduction of technology, and prepare a plan to respond to it. In detail, it is possible to reduce the level of innovation resistance and raise the introduction level of smart factories by appropriately adjusting the perception level of these components through a study on the technological readiness to accept the related technology and the innovation resistance not to accept it. Proposing a solution is an important research objective. A survey was conducted on 130 small and medium-sized companies in Korea, and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 23 and confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity using Smart PLS 2.0 were verified. The research hypothesis was tested using the path analysis method. As a result of testing the research hypothesis, it was found that optimism, innovation, discomfort and anxiety, which are sub-factors of technological readiness, affect relative advantage, suitability, complexity, and perceived risk, which are factors that perceive innovation. Therefore, it was confirmed that increasing or decreasing the level of the technological readiness factor can have an effect on increasing or decreasing the level of the in￾novation perception factor. In addition, it was confirmed that innovation perception factors influence innovation resistance. Therefore, it is suggested that in order to raise the smart factory adoption level of small and me￾dium-sized manufacturing companies, it is necessary to increase or decrease the perception level of the technol￾ogy readiness factors and innovation resistance model factors of the corresponding company.
