한국어 교육 전문성 개발을 위한 문화항목 교육요구 분석에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 논문은 한국어교육의 전문성을 개발하기 위하여 델파이 기법에 따라 연구된 논문으로 한국어교육 전문가들의 합의에 의해 도출된 여러 문화항목 중 한국어 교육내용에서 반드시 포함시켜야 될 세부 항목은 어떤 것인지, 각 세부항목별 위계수준은 어떠한지에 대해 한국어 교육 전문가의 경력에 따라 두 그룹으로 나누어 비교 분석한 연구이다. 연구의 결과 7년 이상 경력 전문가와 7년 미만 경력 전문가 모두 동시에 한국어교육내용에 가장 필요하다고 합의한 세부 문화항목은 총 6개 항목(21%)으로, ‘영화/TV드라마/TV프로그램’, ‘신문/광고/기사/인터넷’, ‘한글/한국어’, ‘의사소통’, ‘음식’, ‘예절’이며, 이중 언어문화 대분류 항목의 세부항목 중 ‘의사소통(호칭/경어법, 상황별 인사표현, 각종 상황의 표현, 관용어, 사투리, 화행, 감각어 및 생활어휘, 통신언어 등)’ 항목은 두 그룹 모두 패널 대부분이 매우 필요하다고 합의하여 한국어 교육내용에 반드시 포함시켜야 될 핵심항목인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 7년이상 경력 전문가들은 ‘대중가요/댄스/공연/K-POP’, ‘문학’, ‘인물’ 항목에 필요하다고 합의한데 반해 7년 미만 경력 전문가들은 합의를 보지 못했다.

영문 초록

This study used Delphi technique to develop the expertise of Korean language education. In accordance with the experts of Korean language education, comparative analysis of two groups-Korean language education experts with different teaching experience- were made from the selected contents of culture items. The result shows that both experts with the average experience more than 7 years and less than 7 years agreed that total 6 cultural items(21%), ‘movies/TV drama/TV program’, ‘newspapers/advertising/article/internet’, ‘Korean/Korean language’, ‘communication’, ‘food’ and ‘etiquette’ were the necessary contents of Korean education. Also, subsection of ‘cultural items’ is ‘communication(title/gyeongeobeop context-sensitive HR expression, expression of various circumstances, idiom, dialect, speech acts, sensory language and life vocabulary, communication language, etc.)’, the one that both groups of panels agreed on including in key items of Korean language education. But, experts with the average experience of more than 7 years agreed that items should be included in ‘pop/dance/performance/K-POP’, ‘literature’, ‘people’ whereas experts with the average experience of less than 7 years failed to accord. Particularly, the experts with the experience more than 7 years agreed that panels are needed in ‘people’ item whereas experts with the less experience than 7 years failed to show accordance.
