운전자의 안전의식, 음주행태와 사고발생율

국문 초록

본 연구는 국민건강영양조사 제7기 원시자료를 바탕으로 한국성인의 손상 발행 현황을 살펴보고, 인구사회학적 특성과 안전의식, 음주행태, 손상발생간의 관련성을 파악하고 손상발생에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 1년간 손상발생 여부에 응답하고, 안전의식에 응답한 5,896명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 분석은 빈도분석, 교차분석, 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 안전의식은 운전 시 안전벨트 착용률과 동승차량 앞좌석 안전벨트 착용률이 손상 발생에 영향을 미쳤고, 로지스틱 분석결과 남성, 교육수준이 낮고, 연가구 총소득이 낮고, 직업군이 무직 및 농림어업, 숙련종사자/기능공일수록 손상사고발생율이 높았다. 안전벨트 착용률, 음주운전 경험 등에서 안전의식이 높을수록 손상 발생이 적었다. 따라서 손상사고발생율을 낮추는 예방교육으로 안전벨트 착용 등의 안전의식 고취 교육과 음주운전에 대한 처벌강화 및 음주운전동승자 안전의식 교육도 더 강화되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of the Injury based on the 7th National Data on the National Health and Nutrition Survey, identify the relationship between general characteristics, safety awareness, drinking behavior, injury, and identify the factors that affect the occurrence of injury. The subjects were selected for the final analysis of 5,896 data. The results showed that the safety awareness of the safety belt and the seatbelt front seat of the passenger car influenced the occurrence of injury. The higher among Men, lower education, Lower income, unemployment, skilled workers. The higher the safety awareness in the seat belt wearing rate and the drunk driving experience, the less the injury. Therefore, as a prevention education that lowers the incidence of injury, education on raising safety awareness such as wearing a seat belt, strengthening punishment for drunk driving, and safety awareness training for drunk driving passengers should be reinforced.
