국문 초록

최근 디지털 전환 및 코로나19로 인하여 기술창업 수가 증가하고 있다. 이에 정부에서도 기술창업활성화를 위한 많은 정책을 시행함에도 불구하고 기술창업 성공률은 미비한 수준이다. 이에 초기 기술창업의 성공률을 높이기 위해서 창업가의 역량에 관한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 초기 기술스타트업 창업가가 가져야 할 역량이 무엇이고 역량의 우선순위를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 계층화 분석과정(AHP)을 이용하여 초기 기술창업의 창업가역량 중요도를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 창업가역량의 상위요인의 경우, 가장 중요한 요인은 문제해결(.347) 로 나타났으며, 직무역량(.284), 대인관계(.220), 개인가치(.149) 순으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로도 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 상위요인과 하위요인의 복합신뢰도를 분석한 결과, 분석적 사고, 창의성, 개념적사고가 하위요인 1~3위를 차지하였다. 본 연구는 초기 기술 창업가가 우선적으로 중요시해야 할 역량이무엇인지 제시하였다. 이를 통해 창업가역량의 바람직한 방향성을 설정하는데 근거자료로 활용될 수있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the number of technology based-startups is increasing due to digital transformation and COVID-19. Accordingly, despite the government's implementation of many policies to revitalize technology based-startups, the success rate of technology based-startups is insufficient. Therefore, it is time to study the entrepreneurial competency in order to increase the success rate of early-stage technology startups. This study aims to understand what competencies early-stage technology startups entrepreneurs should have and the priorities of competencies. In order to understand the priorities, the importance of entrepreneurial competency was analyzed using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The research results are as follows. In the case of the top factors of entrepreneurial competency, The most important factor was problem solving(.347), job competency(.284), interpersonal relationship(.220), and personal value(.149). The results wers also analyzed for each sub-factor. Finally, as a result of analyzing the complex reliability of top/sub factors, analytical thinking, creativity, and conceptual thinking ranked first to third in subfactors. This study suggested competencies that early technology entrepreneurs should prioritize. Through this, it can be used as evidence to establish the desirable direction of entrepreneurial competency.
