메타경로분석을 이용한 미시체계 내 방어행동 관련 요인 간의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 생태체계 모형의 관점에서 방어행동 관련 주요 요인으로 알려진 미시체계 내 또래관계, 비폭력학교문화, 사회·정서역량 요인과 방어행동의 관계를 메타경로분석으로 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 환경 변인인 또래관계, 비폭력학교문화가 개인 변인인 사회·정서역량을 매개하여 방어행동에 도달하는 경로에서 각 요인 간 직·간접효과가 유의한지를 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2007년 1월부터 2021년 6월까지 국내에서 진행된 학술지(33편) 및 석·박사 학위 논문(29편)을 대상으로 총 62편의 연구물을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과는 또래관계, 비폭력학교문화, 사회정서역량, 방어행동은 모든 요인 간 경로에서 직접 효과가 나타났다. 또한 또래관계, 비폭력학교문화와 방어행동과의 관계에서 사회·정서역량은 모두 매개효과를 보였다. 이런 결과로 볼 때 또래관계가 좋고 학교문화를 비폭력적이라고 인식하는 학생들은 사회·정서역량을 통하여 방어행동의 빈도가 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, from the point of view of the ecological systems model, meta path analysis was performed on the correlations among the peer relationships, anti-bullying, school culture, and social-emotional competence in the micro-system. Through this, we suspected the significance of direct and indirect effects between the factors in the path towards defending behaviors, by anti-bullying school culture and peer relationships, environmental variables, mediating social emotional competence, and personal variables. To do this, the meta-path analysis was conducted on domestic academic journals (33 articles), master's and doctoral dissertations, and candidate journals (29 articles) from January 2007 to June 2021 (total 62 articles). In the meta path analysis, direct effects were found in all paths among all factors of the peer relationships, anti-bullying school culture, social-emotional competence, and defending behaviors. In addition, mediating effects were found in social emotional competence factors between peer relationships and defending behaviors, and between the anti-bullying school culture and defending behaviors respectively. As a result of this, it is implied that students who develop a high level of social-emotional competence based on their peer relationships and anti-bullying school culture tend to show a higher frequency of defending behaviors in school violence environments.
