국문 초록

본 연구는 지식공유의 합리적 행위모델에 있어서 관점수용의 역할을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 관점수용, 지식공유에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지식공유 의도, 지식공유 행동을 연구모델로 설정하여 우리나라 기업조직 구성원 226명을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 측정 자료의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보한 이후 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 가설을 검정하였다. 분석 결과 관점수용은 주관적 규범, 지식공유에 대한 태도, 지식공유 행동에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식공유 의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 함께 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 이론적 측면에서 볼 때, 본 연구는 그동안 우리나라의 지식경영 분야에서 깊이 있게 다루어지지 않은 관점수용의 개념을 도입함으로써 지식경영의 영향요인에 대한 이해의 폭을 확장하였으며, 지식공유 행동을 더 잘 예측해 주는 새로운 변수로서 관점수용의 개념을 추가함으로써 합리적 행위이론에 대한 확장을 시도하였다는 점에서 함의를 찾을 수 있다. 실무적 측면에서는 조직 내에서 구성원들의 지식공유를 촉진하기 위해서는 관점수용을 적극적으로 고려하여야 하며, 구성원들의 관점수용 능력을 제고할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 모색할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the role of perspective taking on the knowledge sharing based on theory of reasoned behavior. Data were collected on a structured questionnaire containing the perspective taking, attitude toward knowledge sharing, subjective norm, knowledge sharing intent, and knowledge sharing behavior. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation model analysis of the data after establishing the reliability and validity of the scales. The study proved that the perspective taking has positive relationship toward the subjective norm, attitude toward knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing behavior. But the impact of perspective taking on the intent of knowledge sharing was not significant. The discussion focuses on theoretical and practical implications and future research directions. The theoretical implication of this study is that it expanded its understanding of the influence factors of knowledge management by introducing the concept of perspective taking and attempted to expand on the theory of reasoned behavior. The practical implication is that to facilitate the knowledge sharing among the members in the organization, it is necessary to consider the perspective taking ability and to find specific ways to enhance the perspective taking ability.
