국문 초록

본 연구는 현대인의 정서적 건강의 악화를 드라마 속 주인공의 심리와 행동을 통해 살펴보고 분석한 것이다. 갈수록 심각해지는 과열 경쟁은 자신과 가장 가까운 이들에 대한 인정욕구를 증폭시켰다. 결과적으로 충동적이거나 계획적으로 자신의 야망을 실현하는 주인공이 등장하였으며 이들의 내면적인 상태가 어떻게 외부적으로 표출되는지 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반사회적 성격장애에 해당하는 사이코패스와 소시오패S스는 그 피해 범위가 상당하다는 점에서 사회적 격리가 필요하다. 최근 빈번하게 발생하는 나르시시즘의 피해 역시 심각한 수준으로 나타나고 있어 주의를 요한다. 나르시시즘은 자기애성 성격장애로 구분되며 사이코패스와 소시오패스와 차이가 있다. 둘째, 드라마 속 주인공에게 보이는 성격장애는 선천적인 요인인 유전적인 성향보다 후천적인 요인인 환경적, 사회심리적, 학습 등에 영향을 받아 나타났다. 인간의 성격이 아동기 및 청년기에 이르러 견고하게 형성될 수 있다는 점에서 추후 관련 분야에서 예방 및 개선방안에 대한 논의가 필요하다 사료된다. 셋째, 과도한 경쟁 사회에서 살아가는 현대인에게 정신건강의 중요성과 더불어 현명하게 살아갈 수 있는 방법은 무엇인지 제언하고자 한다. 이를 앎으로 개인의 행복한 삶을 영위할 수 있게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the deterioration of the emotional health of modern eople through the psychology and behavior of the main character in the drama and analyzes it. The increasingly serious overheated competition has amplified the need for recognition of those closest to him. As a result, protagonists who realize their ambitions impulsively or deliberately have appeared, and how their inner state is expressed externally. What the main characters in the drama had in common was that she used others as scapegoats for her own needs. There was a difference in degree, but as a result, it inflicted severe pain enough to leave trauma to the other person. Summarizing the results so far, it is as follows. First, psychopaths and sociopaths, both of which are antisocial personality disorders, require social isolation in that the extent of their damage is considerable. Narcissism is classified as a narcissistic personality disorder. Second, the personality disorder seen in the main character in the drama appeared to be influenced by acquired factors, such as environmental, social psychology, and learning, rather than hereditary, which is an innate factor. Considering that human personality can be firmly formed in childhood and adolescence, it is thought that it is necessary to discuss prevention and improvement measures in related fields in the future. Third, I would like to suggest the importance of mental health for modern people living in an excessively competitive society and how to wisely coexist with them. By knowing this, you will be able to lead a happy personal life.
