국문 초록

본 연구는 문화예술교육지원사업의 운영과 교육현장의 현황을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 사회, 문화, 예술 교육 프로젝트에 참여한 예술강사들과의 심층인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하고 그 결과를 분석하였으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화예술교육 지원사업의 주체인 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서 권장하는 협동수업 형태은 수업의 전과정을 협력적인 형태로 진행하는 것을 이야기하지만, 실제 현장에서는 일부분이 진행되었다. 즉 협력 수업이 전체적인 수업계획 단계부터 수업 목표, 수업 진행까지 통일성있는 수업이 이루어지려면 교사와 예술강사의 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 학교문화예술교육 지원사업과 사회문화예술교육 지원사업에 대한 평가가 상이하게 진행되고 있다. 학교와 사회·문화·예술교육의 주체는 한국문화예술교육진흥원이지만 실제 운영기관이 다르기 때문에 평가제도가 다르다. 셋째, 문화예술교육의 연속성과 질적 성장을 위해서는 예술강사 고용의 확보가 필요하다. 예술강사의 계약에 대하여 유연성 있게 학교와 운영기관의 협상이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해 문화예술교육의 실태와 예술강사의 교육환경 및 처우개선에서 나타나는 문제점과 개선방안을 제시함으로써 문화예술교육의 활성화에 도움이 되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the operation of the cultural arts education support project and the current status of the educational field. To this end, data were collected through in-depth interviews with art instructors who participated in social, cultural, and artistic education projects, and the results were analyzed. First, there is a need for uniformity between the form of cooperative classes recommended by the Korea Culture and Arts Education Promotion Agency, which is the main body of the cultural arts education support project, and the form of cooperative classes in the actual field. It is stated that cooperative classes at the Korea Culture and Arts Education Center are conducted in cooperation throughout the class, from the class planning stage to class goals and class progress. It is necessary to raise awareness of cooperative classes between teachers and art instructors. Second, the evaluation of the school culture and arts education support project and the social culture arts education support project are being conducted differently. The main body of school and social, cultural and artistic education is the Korea Culture and Arts Education Promotion Agency, but the evaluation system is different because the actual operating institutions are different. Third, for the continuity and qualitative growth of arts and culture education, it is necessary to secure the employment of art instructors. It is suggested that the government and cultural and arts education officials need to negotiate with the school about a 12-month employment contract and an indefinite contract for social, cultural, and arts instructors.
