수도권 급행전철 이용 의사에 미치는 영향 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 2017년 6월 29일부터 확대 운영되고 있는 수도권 급행전철이라는 상품의 효능 제고를 위해 이용자를 대상으로 만족도와 지속 이용 의사를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 회귀모형을 이용하여 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 파악하고 인과관계를 규명함으로써 향후 수도권 전철 이용수요를 더욱 증대시키고 이용자의 불편사항을 최소화 하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 급행 전철 이용 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 급행전철이 다른 교통수단에 비해 만족스럽다( .34)고 느끼는 감정이었고, 두 번째는 급행전철로 인한 시간절감( .29), 그 다음은 급행전철의 운행시간과 정차 역을 잘 알고 있을수록( .14)이었다. 둘째, 수도권 급행전철 이용 충성도에 미치는 가장 중요한 변수 역시 급행전철이 다른 교통수단에 비해 만족스럽다( .38)고 느끼는 감정이었고, 두 번째는 전용선 이용 급행전철 더미 변수( .28)와 급행전철 이용여부 더미변수( .23)가 그 뒤를 이었다. 끝으로 향후 급행전철을 계속해서 사용하겠다는 충성도는 급행전철에 대한 만족도와 밀접한 상관관계가 있었으며 영향력은 .54로 매우 컸다. 이 외에도 사회경제 및 통행관련 더미 변수 중에서는 급행전철을 사용해본 적이 있는 사람의 영향력이 .28로 만족도 영향력의 절반 이상 되어 급행 전철을 이용할 수 있는 기회를 자주 제공해주는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 보인다. 급행전철 이용 시 20분 이상 시간절감 효과를 얻는 사람들 역시 급행 전철 이용 충성도에 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이고 있어 급행전철의 시간절감 효과가 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study investigated satisfaction and intention to continue using users to improve the efficacy of express trains in the Seoul metropolitan area. In order to further increase the demand for subway use in the Seoul metropolitan area and minimize inconvenience to users in the future, the regression linear model was used to identify variables affecting satisfaction and investigate causal relationships. As a result, first, the feeling that express trains are more satisfactory ( .34) than other transportation modes, secondly, the time reduction ( .29) due to express trains, and then the better the express train s operation time and stop ( .14). Second, the most important variable on the loyalty of using express trains in the Seoul metropolitan area was also the feeling that express trains were more satisfactory ( .38) than other transportation modes. In addition, the more express trains with dedicated lines, the higher the availability ( .28). Finally, the loyalty to continue using express trains in the future was closely correlated with satisfaction with express trains, and the influence was very large at 0.54. In addition, among the dummy variables of traffic patterns, .28 was influenced by people who had used express trains. Therefore, it would be desirable to provide frequent opportunities to use the express train. People who get a positive (+) correlation with the loyalty of express trains when using express trains also show a positive (+) correlation with the time reduction effect of express trains and opportunities to use express trains.
