국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 경력단절여성이 지각한 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 사회적지지의 매개효과를 실증적으로 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경력단절여성이 구직활동을 위해 이용하는 여성새로일하기센터의 이용자를 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 경력단절여성의 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인들은 진로준비행동과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위구성요인들은 진로준비행동에 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경력단절여성의 취창업 지원시 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인인 자기평가, 진로계획, 정보수집, 목표설정, 문제해결과 관련한 하위목표를 수립하고 감안하는 가운데 운영할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 둘째, 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위 요인들은 사회적지지와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인들은 사회적지지에 정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지의 매개효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the influence of the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy perceived by career interrupted women on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of social support. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting users of the Women s New Employment Center, which women with career interruption use for job search. The results and implications of this study are the same. First, the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy of women with career interruption showed a significant positive correlation with career preparation behavior, and the sub-components of career decision self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on career preparation behavior. This suggests that it is necessary to establish and operate sub-goals related to self-evaluation, career planning, information collection, goal setting, and problem solving, which are sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy when applying for employment and start-up of women with career interruption. Second, the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy in women with career interruption showed a significant positive correlation with social support, and the sub-factors of career decision self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on social support. Third, it was found that there was no mediating effect of social support in the effect of career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior.
