국문 초록

목적: 한의과대학이 통합교육과정을 도입하고 운영할 때 고려 사항을 제시한다. 방법: 부산대 한의학전문대학원 통합교육과정 사례를 분석하고, KAS2021(2019년 공표), 한의과대학의 교육과정 개선안과 의과대학의 사례를 참고하여 교육과정의 개발 각 단계에서 고려 사항을 도출한다. 결과: 한의과대학이 통합교육과정의 도입은 구성원(행위자)의 합의로부터 시작한다. 개발 과정에서 구성원을 대표하는 조직, 목표를 설정하고 교육과정을 설계하는 조직, 실행하는 조직이 각자 역할을 다해야 한다. 개발과 운영 단계에 모두 인력, 제도, 행정, 재정 등의 지원체계가 있어야 한다. 교육과정(안)은 실제 운영할 수 있을 정도로 구체적이어야 한다. 통합교육의 원활한 운영에는 이전보다 많은 전임교원이 확보가 필요하며, 그 운영을 모니터링하고 개선하는 전담 조직이 필요하다. 결론: 한의학교육에서 통합교육과정의 도입과 운영을 위해 구성원(행위자)의 합의, 제도의 변화, 지원체계, 교육과정 운영, 평가, 개발을 위한 인력 양성 등을 고려해야 한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study presents the considerations when the College of Traditional Koran Medicine introduces and operates the integrated curriculum. Methods : This study draws the considerations in each stage of curriculum development by analyzing the case of integrated curriculum of Pusan National University Graduate School & Hospital of Korean Medicine, and referring to the KAS2021(announced in 2019), improvement measures for the curriculum of the College of Traditional Korean Medicine, and the case of the College of Medicine. Results : The introduction of integrated curriculum in the College of Traditional Korean Medicine starts from the members(doers)’ agreement. In the process of development, the organization that represents the members, the organization that sets up a goal and designs the curriculum, and the organization that executes them should fulfill their own roles. The stage of development and operation should have the support system for manpower, institution, administration, and finance. The curriculum(draft) should be concrete enough to be operated in reality. For the smooth operation of integrated education, it is necessary to secure more full-time teachers than before, and it is also necessary to have an organization fully in charge of monitoring and improving the operation. Conclusion : For the introduction and operation of integrated curriculum in Traditional Korean Medicine education, the members’ agreement, institutional change, support system, and the cultivation of manpower for the operation/evaluation/development of curriculum should be considered.
