해원상생사상을 이용한 범죄자 교정·교화 실천방안

국문 초록

기독교, 불교, 천주교, 원불교 등은 범죄자의 재범방지를 위해 다양한 영역에서 교화를 위한 교육 및 사회사업을 하고 있다. 이에 반해 대순진리회는 다양한 사업을 펼치고 있지만 범죄예방을 위한 사업은 시행하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 대순진리회가 대순사상을 바탕으로 이러한 사업을 할 수 있도록 밑거름을 제공하고자 하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 내용은 ①범죄예방사업참여의 방편으로 민영 여자교도소와 민영소년원의 설립 및 운영을 유도하는 것이다. ②대순진리회에서 출소자에 대한 취업기회를 많이 제공하여 재범방지를 할 수 있도록 사회적기업 설립을 유도하는 것이다. ③1호 및 6호 보호시설은 재범방지에 많은 도움을 주고 있으므로 이러한 시설이 없는 지역에 시설 운영의 필요성을 제공하는 것이다. ④대순사상을 바탕으로 종교위원으로 참여하여 교도소에서 교화교육을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. ⑤형사조정제도의 조정위원으로 참여하여 원활한 조정이 이루어질 수 있도록 유도하고, 피해자와 그 가족, 가해자의 가족을 지원하는 단체를 만들어 지원하는 것이다. 연구결과 대순사상의 인간관과 해원상생사상의 기본원리를 바탕으로 교화사업에 참여한다면 재범방지에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 민영 여자교도소, 민영소년원, 보호시설, 사회적기업 등을 설립 및 운영을 위해서는 많은 비용이 수반된다. 대순진리회의 재정적 뒷받침이 이루어진다면 충분히 실현 가능할 것이다.

영문 초록

Christianity, Buddhism, Catholicism, and Won Buddhism are engaged in educational and social work for the refinement of criminals in various areas to prevent recidivism. On the other hand, the Daesun Truth Society is carrying out various projects. However, they are not doing business to prevent crime. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide a foundation for Dae-sun Truth Society to do such business based on Dae-sun ideology. The content of the research is to encourage the establishment and operation of private women s prisons and private juvenile detention centers through participation in crime prevention projects. The plan is to encourage the establishment of social enterprises so that they can prevent re-offending by providing many job opportunities for those who are released from prison in the Daesun Truth Society. Protective facilities No. 1 and No. 6 are very helpful in preventing repeat offenses. Therefore, it provides the need to operate facilities in areas without such facilities. Based on the Daesun ideology, the school is required to participate as a member of the religious committee to provide education on enlightenment in prison. It is to encourage smooth coordination by participating as a member of the mediation committee of the criminal adjustment system, and to create and support organizations that support victims, their families and the families of perpetrators. According to the research results, participating in the culture project based on the basic principles of the human view of Daesun ideology and the principle of Haewon win-win thought will help recurrence prevent of crimes. Establishing and operating private women s prisons, private juvenile detention centers, protective facilities, and social enterprises are costly. If the financial backing of the Great Innocence Council is achieved, it will be feasible.
