모바일 가상실습을 활용한 다수사상자 중증도 분류 교육훈련 효과성 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 모바일 가상실습의 효율성을 연구하여 다수사상자 발생시 119구급대의 중증도 분류 역량향상을 위한새로운 교육방법을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 총 24명의 119구급대원이 대상으로 선정됐으며, 모바일 가상실습그룹 12명과 강의설명그룹 12명으로 구분해 실험을 진행하였다. 교육 및 실습 전후 양 그룹 모두 중증도 분류 평가를시행하였다. 가상실습 그룹과 강의설명 그룹은 모두 사전 평가와 사후 평가 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 강의설명그룹의 경우 사전 평가시 49.17 ± 18.32점에서 사후 평가시 78.33 ± 16.42점으로 29.16점의 정확도가 높아졌으며(p=.001), 가상실습 그룹의 경우 사전 평가시 60.0 ± 23.7점에서 사후 평가시 84.2 ± 13.8점으로 24.2점의 정확도가 높아졌다(p=.004). 대면교육과 훈련이 불가능할 경우 모바일 가상실습을 비대면 교육훈련 방법으로 고려해야 하며, 흥미와 효과가 입증된 다양한 교육프로그램의 개선이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of mobile virtual practice and present a new training method to improve theability of 119 paramedics to triage in the event of multiple casualties. A total of 24 of the 119 paramedics were selectedas subjects, and the experiment was conducted by classifying 12 and 12 into mobile virtual practice and lecture explanationgroups, respectively. Both groups performed triage evaluations before and after education and practice, and additionalquestionnaires were completed for mobile virtual practice. Both groups of virtual practice and course description showedsignificant differences between pre-assessment and post-assessment. In the control group (lecture), the accuracy (29.16)increased from 49.17 ± 18.32 in the pre-test to 78.33 ± 16.42 in the post-test (p = .001). In the experimental group (virtualpractice), the accuracy (24.2) increased from 60.0 ± 23.7 in the pre-test to 84.2±13.8 in the post-test (p = .004). Ifface-to-face education and training are not possible, mobile virtual practice should be considered. Moreover, variouseducational programs that are engaging and effective are needed.
