인성교육으로서 정보윤리교육의 핵심 주제 및 관련 교육과정 성취기준 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정보윤리교육과 관련한 다양한 교육 내용을 인성교육의 관점에서 범주화 하고, 그와관련한 교육과정 성취기준을 탐색하여 정보윤리교육의 강화에 기여하는 것이다. 4차 산업 혁명(the 4thIndustrial Revolution)으로 정보화 사회가 가속화 되고, 현실 세계와 사이버 세계를 구분하는 것이 무의미할 만큼 사이버 세계의 범주가 확산되는 만큼 정보윤리와 관련한 교육은 강화되어야 한다. 그러나 현행 교육과정에서의 정보 교육은 정보화 기능 향상을 위한 교육이 주를 이루는 것이 현실이며, 정보 윤리와 관련한 교육 내용은 초등학교 실과 또는 중학교 정보 교과 중심으로 진행되고 있기에 정보 생활과 직접적으로관련 있는 주제들만 주로 다뤄지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 인성 교육으로서 정보윤리교육을탐색하여 사이버 세계에서의 인간 관계와 그로부터 비롯된 광범위한 윤리 문제들을 포괄할 수 있는 주제범주화를 제안한다. 이를 위해 2015개정 도덕과 교육과정의 영역 제시법으로 활용된 ‘가치관계확대법’을참고하여, 자신과의 관계 영역으로서 ‘미디어 이용 습관’, ‘개인 정보 보호’, 타인과의 관계 영역으로서 ‘관계와 소통’, ‘저작권 보호’, 사회·공동체 관계로서 ‘바람직한 디지털 문화 형성’을 핵심 주제로 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 현행 교육과정에서 정보윤리교육을 위한 수업 시수가 현저히 부족한 물리적 환경을 고려하여, 각핵심 주제와 관련있는 교과 교육과정 성취기준을 제시하여 실제적인 정보윤리교육의 실현을 도모하고자한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to categorize various educational contents related to information ethics education from the perspective of personality education and to contribute to strengthening information ethics education by exploring relevant curriculum achievement criteria. Education related to information ethics should be strengthened as the fourth industrial revolution accelerates the information society and spreads the categories of the cyber world so that it is meaningless to distinguish the real world from the cyber world. However, information education in the current curriculum is mainly focused on improving informatization functions, and information ethics is mainly focused on elementary school or middle school information subjects, so only topics directly related to information life are covered. For this reason, in this work, we propose topic categorization that can explore information ethics education as personality education to cover human relationships in the cyber world and a wide range of ethical issues resulting from them. To this end, the “Value Relationship Expansion Act”, which was used as the 2015 revised ethics and curriculum, was intended to present “media usage habits”, “privacy protection”, “relationships and communication”, “copyright protection”, and “development of desirable digital culture” as a social and community relationship. In addition, in consideration of the physical environment in which the number of classes for information ethics education is significantly insufficient in the current curriculum, the curriculum achievement standards related to each key topic are proposed to realize practical information ethics education.
