국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 중다목표관점에서 성취목표지향성 프로파일 유형을 살펴보고, 성취목표지향 프로파일 유형에 따른 창의적 자기효능감, 창의적 과정참여와 창의적 인성에서의 차이를 조사하는데 있다. 연구대상은 우리나라 4개 대학교에 재학중인 남녀학생 406명이었다. SPSS21.0과 M Plus 6.0 프로그램을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 잠재프로파일은 ‘높은수준동기화형’, ‘접근중심동기화형’, ‘중간수준동기화형’, ‘회피중심동기화형‘,‘낮은수준동기화형’ 총 다섯 집단으로 분류되었다. 결과변인의 집단 비교 결과, 창의적 자기효능감, 창의적 과정참여와 창의적 인성의 경우, 접근중심동기화형이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, 창의적 자기효능감, 창의적과정 참여, 창의적 인성에 있어서 높은수준동기화형과 접근중심동기화형은 회피중심동기화형과 낮은수준동기화형보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 성취목표지향성을 응답자의 특성에 따라 유형화하고 창의적 자기효능감, 창의적과정 참여, 창의적 인성과의 연관성을 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievement goal orientation profiles of college students in a multiple goal perspective and to analyze the differences in creative self-efficacy, creative process engagement and creative personality. The subjects of this study were 406 college students in Korea. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and M plus 6.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, results based on Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) showed that classified latent profiles were defined as ‘high level of motivation group’, ‘approach focused motivation group’, ‘middle level of motivation group’ ‘avoidance focused motivation group’ and ‘low level of motivation group’. Second, the approach focused motivation group had the highest scores in all distal outcomes. And significant statistical differences were found, depending on distal outcomes. Specifically, the approach focused motivation group and high level of motivation group showed much higher level than the avoidance focused motivation group and low level of motivation group in all outcome variables. This study is meaningful in that achievement goal orientation was classified by students’ actual response patterns and related factors, to the classifications were tested.
