국문 초록

본 연구에서는 작업장 혁신의 요인을 기술개선, 역량향상, 외부화로 구분하며, 작업장 혁신이 혁신성과(노동생산성 제고, 납품기한 단축, 서비스 품질제고, 고용안정성, 기능과 능력향상, 직업만족도, 노사간의 성과공유)에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 노동연구원에서 조사한 사업체 패널조사 2011년도 사업장을 표본으로 하고, 작업장 혁신이 혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 사업체 패널조사 2013년도 혁신성과 자료를 종속변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 이 관계에 있어서 노동조합의 태도를 조절효과로 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 역량향상은 혁신성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 노동조합의 태도는 역량향상과 혁신성과와의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of workplace innovation on innovative outcomes. In this study, the factors of workplace innovation are divided into technological improvement, competency improvement, and externalization. To this end, multiple regression analysis was conducted using the business panel 2011 workplaces surveyed by the Labor Research Institute as a sample and using the business panel 2013 innovation performance data as a dependent variable to examine how workplace innovation affects innovation performance. In this relationship, the attitude of the union was examined as a moderating effect. As a result of the analysis, it was found that competency improvement had a positive (+) effect on innovation performance, and the union s attitude moderated the relationship between competency improvement and innovative performance.
