영문 초록

To this study end, by analyzing structural equation model, the causal relationship between variables influencing residential satisfaction was determined to explain the phenomenon. The study results are as follows. Factors that influence residential satisfaction turned out to be adjacent environment, safety, economic feasibility, and accessibility, and it could be found that economic feasibility influences accessibility, and convenience and accessibility, and safety and adjacent environment have correlations. For the total effect, in case of multi-family housing in Dangjin-si, adjacent environment had the largest effect on residential satisfaction, followed by safety, economic feasibility, and accessibility. Looking at the study results, in case of Dangjin-si, it could be concluded that adjacent environment has the largest effect on residential satisfaction. This is different from existing researches claiming that economic feasibility and accessibility are the most influential factors, which indicates that this study drew a differentiated conclusion, considering many steel companies in Dangjin-si and its regional characteristic, industrial city, from existing researches that targeted only general cities in examining residential satisfaction.
