장애인 평생교육 및 직업교육에 대한 국내연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 장애인의 직업 및 평생교육에 관련된 단일대상연구들의 일반적인 특성과 연구동향에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 연구의 전반적 동향, 중재 효과 크기 산출, 질적 요소 분석을 시행하였다. 2005년부터 2014년까지 한국연구재단에 등재된 특수교육 관련 학술지를 중심으로 총 16편의 직업 및 평생교육 관련 단일대상연구가 선정되었다. 선정된 논문을 연구환경, 종속변인, 독립변인, 실험설계 중심으로 연구의 전반적 동향을 분석하였으며, 비중복 비율(Percentage of Non-overlapping Data: PND)을 계산하여 논문에서 사용된 중재 효과 크기를 산출하고 연구참여자 및 종속변인에 따른 중재효과 크기를 양적으로 분석하였다. 뿐만 아니라 Honer 외(2005)에서 제시하고 있는 단일대상연구의 질적 지표에 따라 분석 논문의 질적 요소를 분석하였다. 연구결과 문헌의 일반적 동향에 관한 분석에 의하면 지역사회에서 이뤄진 연구가 가장 많았으며 종속변인으로는 직업기술을 관련 목표행동이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 가장 빈번히 사용된 중재기법은 지역사회중심 교수프로그램이었으며 실험설계는 중다간헐기초선 설계가 전체설계유형의 50%를 차지하였다. 선정된 논문의 중재효과 크기는 80%이상으로 나타났으며 논문의 질적인 측면을 분석한 결과 선정된 16편의 연구는 전반적으로 높은 질적인 수준을 보여주었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다른 연구자들이 장애인 직업 및 평생교육 연구시행 시 고려할 사항들을 다양한 측면에서 검토하는 것에 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a meta-analysis to analyze research articles which (1) were published between 2005 and 2014 in South Korea, (2) employed a single-case study method, and (3) implemented a behavioral intervention on vocational skills for post-school-age students with disabilities. 16 experimental articles were searched and selected from peer-reviewed journal articles listed on the Korea Citation Index. The study reorganized the articles by four different categories: settings, dependent and independent variables, and research designs. Then, the study analyzed the 16 articles in terms of both quality and intervention’s effect size factors. The study calculated the Percentage of Non-overlapping Data (PND) for each article so that the study identified an intervention effect size for each article. To evaluate 16 article’s quality, the study used the quality indicators within a single case research(Horner et al., 2005). The results showed that local community and vocational skills were addressed as a research setting and dependent variables in most articles. Community-based instruction was most frequently implemented as a independent variable. Moreover, approximately 50% of the articles employed a multiple probe design. The 16 articles achieved sufficient scores for 7 quality factors as a single case research in general.
