국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 장애위험 아동 및 청소년의 문제유형을 분석해보고, 인지, 학업, 적응행동 및 정서행동 특성을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 P시 내 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 초등 및 중학생 중 지역아동센터 교사에 의해 장애위험을 보이는 것으로 선별-의뢰된 아동 및 청소년 121명이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문제유형을 분석한 결과, 연구대상자의 89.3%(108명)가 인지, 학습, 정서 발달 중 한 가지 이상에서 발달상의 문제를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 학습상의 문제만을 가진 학생은 22.3%(27명), 정서문제만을 가진 학생 23.1%(28명), 학습과 정서문제를 모두 가진 학생 43.8%(53명)로 학습문제와 정서문제를 모두 가지고 있는 학생의 비율이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 인지적 특성을 살펴본 결과, 연구대상자의 80.2%가 평균 이하 수준에 해당하는 인지능력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 특성을 살펴본 결과, 연구대상자의 16.5%가 읽기 저성취를 보이고, 쓰기와 수학에서는 모두 46.3%가 저성취를 나타냈다. 넷째, 적응행동을 살펴본 결과, 연구대상자의 52. 1%가 평균 이하의 적응행동 능력을 보였고, 사회적 적응행동(54.5%)에서의 결함이 개념적 적응행동(46.8%)과 실제적 적응행동(41.3%)보다 높은 비율을 보였다. 다섯째, 정서행동 평가 결과, 총 문제행동에서 임상 범위 47.1%(57명), 내재화 문제는 임상범위 32.2%(39명), 외현화 문제는 임상 범위 46.3%(56명)로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결과를 통해 논의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem types of at-risk children and adolescents in the community children s center and their cognitive, academic, adaptive behavior and emotional-behavioral characteristics. The subjects of this study were 121 at-risk of children and adolescents requested in assessment by community child center teachers. The tests of this study are K-WISC-Ⅳ, KISE-BAAT, K-SAB, K-CBCL. The results of this study are as follows. First, 89.3% of the study subjects had problems in cognitive, academic, adaptive behavior, emotional-behavioral development. Second, 80.2% of the study subjects were below average level in cognitive ability. Third, 16.5% of the study subjects showed low-achievement in reading, and 46.3% of them showed low achievement in writing and mathematics. Fourth, 52. 1% of the subjects had deficits in adaptive behavior, adaptive behavior skills were below average 54.5% of defects in the conceptual adaptive behavior 46.8% and practical adaptive behavior 41.3% is higher than the percentage was. Finally, Emotional and behavioral evaluation results, total behavioral problems in the clinical range 47.1% and internalizing problems clinical range of 32.2% with clinical range externalizing problems, 46.3% respectively.
