특수학교 교사의 아동학대에 관한 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학대받는 장애 아동을 손쉽게 관찰하고 도와줄 수 있는 위치에 있는 특수학교 교사들의 아동학대에 대한 인식을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울, 부산, 대구, 대전, 충북 등에 소재한 특수학교 교사 119명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 조사도구는 부모-아동 갈등해결척도(CTSPC: Parent-Children Conflict Tactics Scales)를 사용하였으며 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램을 이용하여 t-검증과 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 특수학교 교사의 성별에 따른 아동학대의 인식의 차이에서는 여교사가 남교사보다 높다. 둘째, 특수학교 교사의 직위에 따른 아동학대의 인식의 차이에서는 유의한 차이가 없다. 셋째, 특수학교 교사의 교직경력에 따른 아동학대의 인식의 차이에서는 유의한 차이가 없다. 넷째, 특수학교 교사의 아동학대 관련 연수 및 교육유무에 따른 아동학대의 인식의 차이에서는 연수 및 교육받은 적이 있는 교사가 연수 및 교육을 받은 적이 없는 교사보다 높다. 다섯째, 특수학교 교사의 아동학대 관련 신고의무자 인식정도에 따른 아동학대의 인식의 차이에서는 교사가 학대신고 의무자인 사실을 아는 교사는 교사가 학대신고 의무자인 사실을 모르는 교사보다 높다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate special school teachers awareness of child abuse. 119 teachers from special schools in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Chungbuk. The questionnaire is consisted of 22 items based on CTSPC(Parent- Children Conflict Tactics Scales). SPSS program was used to analysis the collected data from in terms of means t-test or ANOVA. The results is as follows. First, the female teacher tended to higher number of child abuse awareness than the male. Second, there is no significant difference among their rank on child abuse awareness. Third, there is no significant difference among their educational career on child abuse awareness, too. Fourth, the teacher that is trained lessons about preventing child abuse tended to higher number of child abuse awareness than the no lessons teacher. Finally, the teacher that knows responsible person about reporting child abuse tended to higher number of child abuse awareness than the reacher that do not know.
