장애아동 가족의 삶의 질에 대한 인식 및 만족에 미치는 관련 변인 분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애아동 가족 삶의 질의 인식과 만족 수준에 미치는 관련변인을 알아보고자 장애아동 학부모 109명을 대상으로 하였다. 가족의 삶의 질 검사는 5개 영역 -가족 상호작용(6문항), 양육활동(6문항), 정서적 안정(4문항), 신체적물리적 안정(5문항) 그리고 장애관련 서비스(4문항)로 총 25문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 결과에서는 장애아동 가족의 삶의 질의 인식과 만족 수준은 부모의 성별에 따라서 가족상호 작용과 양육활동, 학력정도에 따라서는 가족상호 작용, 자녀성별에 따라서는 장애관련 서비스, 장애정도에 따라서는 양육과 장애관련 서비스 영역에서는 유의미한 차이를 나타내었지만, 나머지 영역과 생활수준의 전 영역에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 장애아동 부모의 삶의 질의 인식과 만족 간에 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로, 장애아동 가족의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 연구와 관련 영역을 포함한 부모교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The study is to research the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life for families who have children with disabilities. The subject of this study employed 109 families who have children with disabilities. The Family Quality of Life questionnaire consisted of 25 items, 5 domains of Family Interaction, Parenting, Emotional Well-Being, Physical/Material Well-Being, and Disability- Related Support. While the perception level of parent s of student with disabilities of quality of life showed high scores, there appeared the shortage as satisfaction level. The results of this study were as follows; First, there were no difference according to parent s gender on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Second, there were no difference according to parent s academy background on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Third, there were no difference according to parent s age on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Forth, there were no difference according to parent s economy background on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Fifth. there were no difference according to kinder s gender on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Sixth, there were no difference according to Kinder s level of disabilities on the perception and satisfaction level of quality of life. Seventh, there were no correlation to the perception and satisfaction of quality of life. As a result, the study suggests that we need to increase the parents perception and satisfaction of quality and develop the parent‘s education program in the fields quality of life.
