국문 초록

세계적으로 관광산업의 비중이 증대되고 있고, 새로운 관광수요와 국제적 경쟁이 심화되고 있는데, 이러한 흐름을 맞추기 위해서는 몽골의 국제 관광산업이 경쟁우위를 갖추고 급변하는 국제관광 시장 변화에 효율적이고 효과적으로 대처해야 할 것이다. 하지만 아직 몽골은 국제관광 산업에 대한역사가 다른 관광 선진국들에 비해 짧고 이에 관련된 연구조사나 관광 시설 인프라가 비교적 적다. 몽골의 국제 관광산업은 1990년 사회주의를 탈피하고 자본주의 시장경제 체제로 전환한 시기부터 본격적으로 시작하였다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 몽골 국제 관광 산업이 처음 시작된 1954년부터 현대 시기 까지를 크게 사회주의 시기와 민주주의 시기로 나누어 전개과정을 살펴보고, 다시 이 안에서 1990년부터 2014년까지의 기간을 2개로 구분하여 국제 관광 산업의 변화과정을 고찰하였다. 사회주의시기 몽골 국제관광 산업은 국제관광 기관 설립 및 시설조성을 국가적으로 진행하고 점차 그 정책범위를 제3의 국가들까지 확장하였음에 의의가 크다. 민주주의 체제전환 이후 몽골은 시장주의경제체제에 부응하여 국제관광산업의 서비스 품질개발 전략에 집중하는 정책적 면모를 보여주었다. 90년대 초반부터 2010년까지 국제관광산업 정책은 새롭게 변화된 국제관광 산업 기관 설립 및 전략에 개혁을 이뤄냈고 사업재정 확충 등 총체적인 기반작업을 이뤄냈음에 의의가 있다. 이후 2010년부터 2015년 현재까지는 국제관광 마케팅 홍보전략 및 국가관광 브랜드화와 더불어 지속가능한 관광 개발에 초점을 맞춰 세계관광시장을 겨냥하는 새로운 패러다임을 보여주고 있다. 몽골에서 국제관광 산업이 발전 한 역사는 얼마 되지않았지만, 최근 들어 국가의 경제, 사회에서 중요하게 기여하고 있는 기강 산업이 되고 있음은 분명하다. 앞으로도 국제관광 산업은 지속적으로 활발해 질 것으로 예상되며 본 연구는 몽골 국제관광 산업 발전에 시사점을 제공해 줄 것이다.

영문 초록

Socialist International when the Mongolian tourism industry is significant progress, and gradually established in the policy composition range of international tourism organizations and a national facility to extend the hayeoteum to third countries. Since Mongolia s democratic transition in response to market economies showed attention to political aspects of development strategy focusing on quality of service of the international tourism industry. There is significant since the early 90s until 2010, the new international tourism policy changed international tourism organizations and a quantum a quantum-based operations, such as the overall reform strategy, the establishment and expansion of business finances sound. From 2010 until after the 2015 currently it shows a new paradigm aimed at the world tourism market, focusing on sustainable tourism development, with international tourism marketing strategy to promote tourism and national branding. The history of the international tourism industry in Mongolia has not been much, it is clear that the industry in recent years, become a discipline and an important contributor to the economy and society of the country. The study is expected to continue to be the ongoing hwalbalhae the international tourism industry will give Mongolia the implications for international tourism industry.
