국문 초록

본 연구는 지역밀착형 소규모거점센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사들의 운영 경험에 따른 직업정체성 형성을 연구하기 위하여 참여자들의 경험을 인터뷰하여 질적 연구인 사례연구로 고찰하였다. 사례 간 분석을 통하여 공유되는 주제들을 밝혀내고 최종적으로 범주화하였다. 연구 결과, 사회복지사의 운영 경험에 따른 직업 정체성 형성에 관한 315개 진술 중 136개를 분석하였다. 범주는‘지역의 복지서비스 한계’, ‘스마트복지센터와 함께 도약’, ‘지역주민을 위한 사회복지사 역할’, ‘소규모거점센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사의 역량’으로 4개 범주와 그에 따른 24개의 하위범주이다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 따라 도출된 주요 함의를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 정체성 형성은 지역주민들과 끊임없는 소통과 현장 몰입형 사업을 진행하면서 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 둘째, 이러한 사회복지사의 정체성은 효율성 있게 일할 때 직무만족을 유발하며, 효과적으로 형성됨을 볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes cases shown by the study participants with the purpose of exploring the management experience of social workers who work at smart welfare centers which are small centers. It analyzes the correlations of the cases, defined correlated and shared themes and categorized them. As the result of the analysis, out of all the interview records of 8 study participants, 315 statements were found to be meaningful. Restatement procedure was repeatedly performed on the categorized statements, which excluded the statements that are redundant in meaning, and meaning was extracted. As the result of the study, 4 categories were formed: ‘limitations of local welfare services’, ‘advancing with smart welfare centers’, ‘roles of social workers who work for the local citizens’, and ‘ability of the social workers who work at small centers’. 24 subcategories and 136 meaningful words were drawn under the 4 categories. The results of the study entail the following. First, social welfare centers have to change their perspective on smart work. Rather than discussing about the necessity of welfare centers again, this study verified that small centers can act as social welfare centers by modelling the delivery system of social welfare centers. Second, the formation of social workers identities was stronger as they continued to communicate with local residents and carried out location immersive projects. This social worker s identity can be seen as effectively forming and causing job satisfaction when working efficiently.
