국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인가족의 삶의 질 증진을 목적으로 장애인가족의 가족갈등과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 가족관계와 삶고통의 매개효과와 장애로 인한 지출부담이 미치는 매개효과를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 서울시에 거주하는 장애인가족 중 장애인의 돌봄을 맡고 있는 주 돌봄자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 매개변인인 가족관계와 삶고통은 장애인가족의 가족갈등과 삶만족도의 관계를 통계적으로 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 장애지출부담은 매개경로인 가족갈등과 삶고통 경로에 대해서는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았지만, 또 다른 매개경로인 가족갈등과 가족관계 경로에 대해서는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과가 의미하는 것은 장애지출부담이 늘어난다고 해서 가족갈등이 삶고통에 미치는 영향이 더 심화되지는 않지만, 장애지출부담이 늘어나면 가족갈등으로 인한 가족관계의 악화가 더 심화된다는 것이다. 이러한 연구 결과와 함의를 바탕으로, 장애인가족지원 정책 개발, 장애인가족의 참여와 역량 증진을 위한 통합사례관리, 사회적 자본 구축 방안 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to enhance life quality of in the family with a disabled member by exploring the mediating effects of family relationship and pain in life and mediating effects of the burden of expenditure for disability on the relationship between family conflict and life satisfaction in the family with a disabled member. To address the goal, 300 family members who were mainly in charge of caring for the disabled member living in Seoul were surveyed and The survey was conducted from the 5th to the 30th of October, 2020 by visiting and mailing. Findings are as follows. First, family conflict in the family with a disabled member influenced life satisfaction negatively. Second, family relationship and pain in life mediated the relationship between family conflict and life satisfaction respectively. Third, the burden of expenditure for disability had moderated mediating effects on the relationship between family conflict and family relationship, which means that the burden of expenditure for disability worsened the effects of the family conflict on the family relationship. Based on the results, policies to support the family with a disabled member, integrated case management to enhance participation and competence of the family with a disabled member, and the building of social capital were suggested.
