국문 초록

기업 경쟁력은 공급사슬 전략과 시장의 경쟁 환경에 영향을 받는다. 특히 기업은 시장이 복잡해지고 다양한 협력시간의 관계가 형성되면서, 환경에 불확실성을 고려한 협력사와의 관계에 대한 이해가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 환경의 불확실성이 기업 성과에 주는 효과는 공급사슬통합 수준에 따라 평가되어야 한다. 본 연구는 산업조직론과 상황이론을 바탕으로, 공급사슬통합 수준에 따라 환경의 불확실성이 기업 경재？？에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 구체적으로 환경의 불확실성(경쟁구조 불확실성, 비용구조 불확실성)과 기업 경쟁력(품질, 가격, 납기, 유연성)의 관계를 공급사 통합이 낮은, 중간, 높은 수준으로 구분하여 분석함으로써 이들 관계를 심층적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 환경과 협력사 관계를 고려한 효과적 기업 경쟁력 전략을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Firm competitiveness is influenced by supply chain strategy and market competition environment. As the market becomes more complex and various supplier-buyers relationships are formed, buying firms need to understand supplier relations based on environmental uncertainty. So, the effect of environmental uncertainty on firm performance should be evaluated based on different levels of supply chain integration. Based on industrial organization and contingency theories, our study intends to examine the effect of environmental uncertainty on firm competitiveness under different levels of supply chain integration. In detail, we explore deeply the relations among environmental uncertainty (competition structure uncertainty, cost structure uncertainty) and firm competitiveness (quality, price, delivery, flexibility) by analyzing these relations under low, medium, and high levels of supply chain integration. Through this, we aim to suggest effective competitive strategies considering environment and supplier relations.
