변산반도국립공원 모래갯벌에 서식하는 대형저서동물의 공간분포 및 군집구조

국문 초록

본 연구는 변산반도국립공원 모래갯벌에 서식하는 대형저서동물 군집의 공간분포를 알아보기 위해, 2015년 3월, 5월, 8월, 10월에 총 36개 조사정점(4계절×9정점)을 선정하여 수행되었다. 총 출현종수는 112종이었고, 서식밀도는 728 ind./m2, 생물량은 327.4 gWWt./m2였다. 모래갯벌에서 가장 우점한 종은 옆새우류인 Urothoe convexa, Eohaustorius longidactylus, Haustorioides koreanus, 갯지렁이류인 Onuphis sp. 이었다. 집괴분석 결과 모래갯벌은 크게 2개의 정점군과 종군으로 구분이 되었다. 3개 조사선에서 상부정점(Upper)이 정점군 A로, 중부(Middle)와 하부(Lower)정점이 정점군 B로 구분되었다. 상부에서는 Scopimera globosa, Umbonium thomas 군집, 하부에서는 Urothoe convexa, Onuphis sp., Eohaustorius longidactylus, Haustorioides koreanus 군집으로 대상분포를 보였다. 모래갯벌의 대형저서동물은 조위에 따른 노출시간의 차이에 의해 군집조성과 우점종 분포에 차이를 보였으나, 계절적인 차이는 보이지 않았다.

영문 초록

In this study, we investigated the spatial distribution of macrozoobenthos on the sandy tidal flat of Byeonsanbando National Park in March, May, August and October 2015. In total, 112 species were identified at a total of 36 stations (4 season × 9 station) within the sandy tidal flat. The mean density was 728 ind./m2 , and the mean biomass was 327.4gWWt/m2. Dominant species in the sandy tidal flat were Urothoe convexa, Eohaustorius longidactylus, Haustorioides koreanus (amphipods) and Onuphis sp. (polychaete). The study area was divided into two groups (station and species) based on the cluster analysis. The station group A consisted of upper sations in sandy tidal flats and the station group B consisted of middle and lower stations. The station group A was dominated by Scopimera globosa, Umbonium thomas and station group B was characterized by Urothoe convexa, Onuphis sp., Eohaustorius longidactylus, Haustorioides koreanus.
