국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 부모참여 놀이치료에 대한 전반적인 연구동향을 살펴보고자 1996년부터 2019년 8월까지 학위논문과 학술지 논문 모두를 분석대상으로 162편의 문헌을 선정하였다. 연구결과 1996년을 시작으로 박사학위논문은 6.8%, 석사학위논문은 38.3%, 학술지 논문은 55%로 학술지 논문이 가장 많았다. 그러나 학술지 출판 이전의 초기 출판 형태로 볼 때에는 석사학위논문이 55%로 절반 이상이 석사학위 논문으로 연구되었다. 88.3%가 양적 연구이며, 47%가 질적 연구와 양적 연구의 혼합 연구이다. 연구 설계의 84%가 사전 및 사후 실험설계로 1회 중재 시간은 59분 이내가 29.6%, 전체 회기 수는 8～10회기가 51.2%, 연구대상은 4～6세 미만의 아동이 42.6%, 남아가 62.9%, 모가 참여한 연구가 86.4%로 가장 많았다. 연구대상의 유형은 정서·행동 요인 24.7%, 일반아동 19.8%, 발달 요인 19.8%, 환경 요인 16.7%, 부모 요인 16.1%, 신체 요인 3.1% 순으로 나타났다. 중재 유형으로는 부모놀이치료 66편, 치료놀이 59편, 부모-아동 상호작용치료 14편의 순이었다. 종속 변인 중 자녀 변인의 하위 변인으로는 아동의 문제행동 향상 55편, 부모 변인의 하위 변인은 양육스트레스 45편, 부모-자녀 변인의 하위 변인은 상호작용이 81편으로 가장 많았다. 본 연구는 국내에서 연구된 부모참여 놀이치료의 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 부모참여 놀이치료의 실천에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고 부모참여 놀이치료 연구의 균형 있는 발전과 더불어 부모참여 놀이치료 연구의 방향을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The This study was conducted on selected 162 pieces of literature for analysis of both academic journals and academic dissertations from 1996 to August 2019 to examine the overall research trends on parent-participating play therapy in Korea. The study found that starting in 1996, there were 6.8 percent of doctoral dissertations, 38.3 percent of master s and 55 percent of academic papers. However, in the early form of publication before the publication of academic journal, more than half of them were studied for master s degree occupying 55% of whole studies. 88.3% of the studies were quantitative researches, whereas 47% were mixed method studies of qualitative and quantitative researches. 84% of the research designs were pre- and post-experimental designs, 29.6% were the time of intervention within 59 minutes, 51.2% had 8~10 sessions in terms of the total sessions, 42.6% were studied on children under the age of four to six, 62.9% were studied on boys, and 86.4% of the research were involved with mother’s participation. Looking at the research subjects by factors, emotional behavior factors were 24.7%, ordinary children 19.8%, developmental factors 19.8%, environmental factors 16.7%, parent factors 16.1%, and body factors were 3.1% to be in order. In terms of type of intervention, there were 66 studies for filial therapy, 59 for thera-play, and 14 for parents-child interaction. In regards to the subordinate variables of children variables, 55 were children s improvement of problem behavior and 45 were parenting stress. Whereas for those of parent-children variables, 81 were child-child arguments to be the most. This study is meaningful that by examining the research trends of parent-participating play therapy studied in Korea it provides basic data necessary for the practice of parent-participating play therapy and presents the direction of research along with the balanced development of parent-participating play therapy research.
