중등 특수교사의 직무만족도와 소진 간 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중등 특수교사의 직무만족도와 소진 간 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구는 비확률 표집 중 편의표집으로 C도의 중등 특수교사 202명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 응답된 자료에 대해서는 SPSS Program(ver. 25.0)을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 특수교사의 직무만족도는 중간보다 높았고, 소진은 중간보다 낮았다. 둘째, 직무만족도와 소진은 부적인 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도의 하위 요인 중 업무부담과 교직의식은 소진의 하위 요인인 정서적 고갈과 비인간화 그리고 개인적 성취감 상실에 부적 영향을 주었다. 보상은 정서적 고갈, 비인간화에 부적 영향을 주었다. 자율성은 정서적 고갈에, 동료애는 비인간화에, 발전성은 개인적 성취감 상실에 부적 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중등 특수교사의 직무만족도 증진 및 소진 감소에 대해 논의 및 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of secondary school special education teachers’ job satisfaction and burnout. This study method is survey. The participants of the study were 202 secondary school special education teachers in “C”-do. The collected data was analyzed by conducting descriptive statics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program(ver 25.0). The findings of the study were as follows: First, The secondary school special education teachers job satisfaction level was high than moderate level and the burnout level was low than moderate level. Second, The correlation of the factors related between the job satisfaction and the burnout was negative correlation. Third, The work(burden) and teaching consciousness gave a negative influence in the sub-factors of burnout such as emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The reward gave a negative influence in the sub-factors of burnout such as emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The autonomy gave a negative influence in the sub-factors of burnout such as emotional exhaustion. The fellowship gave a negative influence in the sub-factors of burnout such as depersonalization. The development gave a negative influence in the sub-factors of burnout such as personal accomplishment. The results of the study were discussed these to improve the job satisfaction and to reduce the burnout.
