영문 초록

The purpose of this article is to ①analyze levels of self-esteem, family support, fostering stress, cultural adaptation stress, social support, support services of governments, marital satisfaction and quality of life, ②identify effect of self-esteem, family support, fostering stress, cultural adaptation stress, social support, support services of governments, marital satisfaction on quality of life in female immigrants through marriage, ③propose strategies to improve their quality of life, and to heip them more stable, faster adapyation in Korea. In light of this, the present researcher conducted interviews with 177 female immigrants through marriage staying in Daejun, Choongbuk, Choongnam and tried to research whether or not subjects general characteristics and self-esteem, family support, fostering stress, cultural adaptation stress, social support, support services of governments, marital satisfaction, quality of life. As a result, it was revealed that independent variables of self-esteem and fostering stress influenced quality of life. We should develop female immigrants through marriage as global human resources and prepare the policies to admit the culture of minority people. In addition, we have to eliminate the structural unfairness & discrimination and to provide the systematic & exat program about muli-culture.
