국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 19 팬데믹 이후 비대면 거래의 확산으로 디지털 전환이 급격히 진행되는 우리 사회에서 앙트러프러너십과 디지털역량이 취업과 창업인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 부산·경남지역 대학생들을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 앙트러프러너십의 하위변수인 진취성과 위험감수성은 취업인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 진취성과 혁신성은 창업인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 디지털역량은 취업인식과 창업인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 앙트러프러너십과 창업인식 간에 디지털역량은 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 코로나 19 종식 이후에도 스마트 사회 디지털 전환이 뉴 노멀로 예상됨에 따라 앙트러프러너십과 디지털역량이 취업·창업인식을 높이는 중요한 요인으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 잠재적 취업·창업가인 대학생들이 코로나19 팬데믹 위기 속에서 새로운 기회를 탐색하고 취업·창업을 촉진하기 위하여 앙트러프러너십과 디지털역량 강화 교육의 필요성과 이에 따른 정책적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship and digital competence on employment and startup recognition in our society where digital transformation is rapidly progressing due to the spread of non-face-to-face transactions following the COVID-19 pandemic. This study conducted on university students in Busan and Gyeongnam revealed that proactiveness and risk-taking, the sub-variables of entrepreneurship, had a positive effect on employment recognition. Proactiveness and innovativeness had a positive effect on startup recognition. It was confirmed that digital competence has a positive effect on employment and startup recognition. Digital competence was found to have a partially mediating effect between entrepreneurship and startup recognition. Even after the end of COVID-19, as the digital transformation of smart society is expected to be a new normal, entrepreneurship and digital competence will emerge as important factors that raise recognition of employment and startups. The results of this study suggest the necessity of entrepreneurship and digital competence enhancement education and policy implications for university students, as they are potential entrepreneurs who will explore new opportunities amid the pandemic crisis and promote employment and startups in the future.
