예비 유아교사를 위한 핵심역량 검사도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구를 개발하고, 개발된 검사도구의 타당도를 검증하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 예비 유아교사의 핵심역량 척도 개발을 위하여 유아교사의 역량 관련 선행연구들을 고찰하여 핵심역량에 대한 정의를 정립한 후, 이에 기초하여 7개 요인 총 50문항이 예비문항으로 선정되었다. 최종문항 선정을 위해 예비문항으로 충남의 예비 유아교사 385명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 5개 요인, 22개의 문항의 예비 유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구를 개발하였다. 개발된 예비 유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구의 구인 타당도를 검증하기 위해 예비 유아교사 336명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 공인타당도를 검증하기 위해 예비 유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구와의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 타당도 검증 결과, 구인타당도, 공인타당도, 문항 내적 합치도가 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 예비 유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구는 타당도와 신뢰도가 확인된 적합한 검사도구라고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a core competence test for preservice early childhood teachers and to examine the validity and reliability. To develop a core competence test for preservice early childhood teachers research related to core competence was analyzed to form a definition of core competence. 7 factors and 50 questions were selected as the preliminary questions. To select the final questions, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted for 385 preservice early childhood teachers in Chungnam as a preliminary question to develop a test for 22 questions with 5 factors. To verify the construct validity and concurrent validity, a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on 336 preservice early childhood teachers and a correlation analysis between early childhood teachers core competence. As a result of the verification of the test, it was found that the construct validity, concurrent validity & internal consistency were appropriate. Thus, developed a core competence test for preservice early childhood teachers had construct validity and internal consistency.
