경력단절 여성 창업활성화 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현재 경력단절을 겪으면서 창업을 통해 노동시장에 복귀 및 준비하는 과정에서 겪는 사회적, 심리적 어려움을 해결하고, 사례분석을 통해 여성 창업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 첫째, 경력단절의 원인을 파악하고 둘째, 경력단절여성이 출산 후 그로 인한 어려움과 대체전략이 무엇이며 셋째, 경력단절여성이 창업시장에 진입하기 위해 필요한 사회, 구조적 지원에 대한 요구를 파악하고, 넷째, 경력단절여성의 창업을 활성화 할 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램과 정책방향이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 질적 연구 방법을 사용하였다. 연구대상은 경력단절을 경험한 후 창업에 성공 하였으며, 경력단절 과정에서 창업에 의지가 있는 30~40대 여성 30명을 설문 후, 그 중 연구에 적합한 8명을 심층면담자로 선정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사례자들이 경력단절을 겪은 후 창업 및 준비과정에서 겪는 한계를 밝히며 경력단절 여성의 창업과 관련한 연구가 이루어지기를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find ways to solve the social and psychological difficulties in the process of returning to and preparing for the labor market through entrepreneurship, and to activate women s business through case analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of career disconnection, and what is the difficulty and alternative strategy for women with career disruption after childbirth. Third, the social and structural support needed for career - The purpose of this study is to identify the effective programs and policy directions that can activate start-up women. The study method was qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were successful in establishing their career after experiencing a career disconnection. After questioning 30 women in their 30s and 40s who are willing to start their business in the process of discontinuing their career, eight of them were selected as in - depth interviewers. This study suggests the limitations experienced in the start - up and preparation process after experiencing the career breaks and suggests the research about the start - up of the career - breaking women.
