국문 초록

정보통신 기술의 발전으로 온라인 교육 시장이 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 추세와 맞물려, 최근 코로나19로 인해 실시간 온라인 교육이 불가피하게 시행됨에 따라 시장이 기하급수적으로 커졌다. 전문가들은 이를 기회로 실시간 온라인 교육을 발전시키고 정착될 수 있도록 해야 한다고 제안한다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 국가에서 활용 중인 ‘줌(Zoom)’을 대상으로 실시간 온라인 강의서비스의 현황을 진단 및 분석하고 활용 방안을 제시한다. 사용자 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 텍스트마이닝 기법을 통해 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인을 분류하여 도출하고, 사용자 경험 모델인 허니콤 모델에 적용한다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 텍스트마이닝 기법을 이용하여 실시간 온라인 강의의 주요 요인을 도출하고, 사용자 경험모델에 적용하여 설명함으로써 정보시스템을 활용한 교육 분야의 연구 문헌 확장에 기여한다. 실무적으로는 실시간 온라인 강의서비스의 보완 및 활용 방안을 제시함으로써 온라인 강의의 질 개선 및 활성화에 기여한다.

영문 초록

With the development of information and communication technology, the online education market is gradually growing. In line with this trend, the market has grown exponentially as real-time online education is inevitable due to the recent COVID-19. Experts suggest that this should be an opportunity to develop and settle real-time online education. In response, this study analyzes the status of real-time online lecture services for Zoom that is being used in various countries. Through text-mining techniques using user review data, the main factors are derived by classifying the positive and negative factors that users consider important, and the main factors derived are applied to the user experience model, Honeycomb. The academic implications of this study contribute to the expansion of research literature in the field of education using the information system by deriving the main factors of real-time online lectures using the text-mining technique and by applying them to the user experience model. Practically, it contributes to improving and activating the quality of online lectures by presenting a plan to supplement and utilize real-time online lecture services.
