국문 초록

본 연구는 치료적 타악기 재창작 연주가 초등학교 고학년 아동의 자기조절능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 인천시에 위치한 S 초등학교 40명, 실험집단 20명과 통제집단 20명으로 편의표집 하였다. 실험집단의 경우는 주 2회 40분씩 총 12회기 치료적 타악기 재창작 연주를 실시하였고, 통제집단은 별도의 프로그램을 수행하지 않았다. 연구 결과, 치료적 타악기 재창작 연주를 적용한 실험집단의 자기조절능력에서 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 나타내었다. 하위영역인, 인지, 동기 영역에서 유의한 향상을 보였지만, 행동 영역에서는 유의한 향상을 보이지 않았다. 이는 치료적 타악기 재창작 연주가 초등학교 고학년 아동의 자기조절능력에 효과적 중재 프로그램이 될 수 있을 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to demonstrate the effect of the therapeutic percussion recreational performance on self-regulation ability of higher grade children in elementary school. The participants, 40 students from S elementary school located in Incheon city, were divided by convenience sampling into two group: 20 students in the experimental group and 20 students in the control group. In the case of the experimental group, a total of 12 sessions of therapeutic percussion recreational performance were performed for 40 minutes twice a week, and any programs were not performed to the control group. As a result, the experimental group participated in the therapeutic percussion recreational performance showed a statistically significant improvement in terms of self-regulation ability, compared to the control group. Furthermore, significant improvement was shown cognition and motivation in the sub-domain, but not in the behavioral domain, compared to the control group. This suggests that the therapeutic percussion recreational performance can be an effective intervention program for higher grade children in elementary school self-regulation ability.
