국문 초록

본 연구는 전국의 산재근로자들의 심리적 상태와 행동유형을 조사하여 심리정서적 지원이 재활단계에서 반드시 필요함을 강조하고자 한다. 산재근로자 10명을 대상으로 심층적인 내러티브 면담을 통해 살펴본 결과 재활과정에서 나타나는 행동유형은 자아성취형, 규범순응형, 불평형, 의존형, 투사형 등 5개의 유형으로 범주화할 수 있었다. 이들은 갑자기 닥친 재해가 큰 충격으로 작용하여 자신의 감정도 아직 이해하기 어려운 상태였다. 산재근로자들의 공통적인 심리상태는 가능한 미래를 예측하고 싶다, 경험을 이야기 하고 싶다, 인간적으로 존중받고 싶다, 심리적 고통을 나누고 싶다, 가족의 이해를 받고 싶다, 사회적으로 소외되고 싶지 않다 등이었는데, 이는 현실적인 문제해결을 원한다기 보다는 정서적인 지지가 필요함을 알 수 있다. 직장으로의 복귀를 막연히 희망하면서 현재의 불안을 안고 있는 산재근로자들에게는 반드시 심리적 안정이 수반될 수 있도록 전문적인 심리상담사가 지원되어야 한다.

영문 초록

This study emphasize that scattered workers must need psychological support for their rehabilitation through survey to their mental state and types of their behavior in the whole country, Korea. We performed in-depth narrative interview to 10 people scattered workers who agree with this study and interview, could categorize 5 types of their behaviors from the interviews; self-fullfillment, norm adaptive, complained, dependent, projection.ojection, etc. could be categorized into five types. They were shocked suddenly disaster what happen to them, and could not understand their feeling. There are common psychological state of scattered workers as follows: I want... respect and humanly, to predict my possible future, to talk about my experience, to share my psychological trauma, to receive the understanding of my family, don t want to be socially isolated, etc. It revealed that real problem is rather how to practical solve problems than psychological support for scattered workers. Scattered workers who hope to return to their work vaguely, are facing anxious must be supported the professional counselors for their psychological stability.
