시큐리티기업 종사자의 윤리의식 제고방안

국문 초록

시큐리티산업은 수익자부담이론을 토대로 일반 시민들에게 양질의 치안서비스를 제공하고 있다. 특히, 이용고객들의 신체는 물론 생명에 이르기 까지 이들 시큐리티 종사자들의 역할은 타 업무에 비해 상대적으로 중요한 업무에 속한다 할 수 있다. 이것은 범죄가 갈수록 잔혹해지고 지능화됨에 따라 안전사고와 범죄로부터 보호받고자 하는 안전에 대한 욕구가 점점 더 높아지고 있다는 것이다. 하지만 이를 위한 시큐리티 업무가 고객의 생명과 안전을 책임지는 아주 중요한 역할을 하고 있음에도 불구하고 고객의 집에 침입해 강도ㆍ성폭행을 저지른 사건이 발생하는 등 시큐리티기업 종사자에 의한 강력범죄가 계속 증가하고 있다. 시큐리티의 질적 향상을 위해서는 반드시 올바른 윤리에 대한 인식을 해야 한다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 시큐리티기업 종사자의 프로정신 함양 둘째, 시큐리티기업 종사자의 여가교육 프로그램 개발 셋째, 시큐리티기업 종사자의 자원봉사를 통한 봉신정신 함양 이와 같은 방안을 통해 시큐리티기업에 대한 이미지 상승과 시큐리티산업의 질적 향상이 이루어질 것이며 향 후 실증적 연구도 계속 진행되어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Security industry is providing quality security service to general citizens on the foundation of benefit principle theory. Particularly, not to mention for the body of the clients of the service even for their life, the role of the people engaged in security industry can be said to be the work more important compared to other business. It means that as crimes become more brutal and intelligent day by day, desire for safety and security to be protected from negligent accidents and crimes become gradually higher. However, in spite of the fact that security work for the above plays a very important role taking charge of the life and security of clients, crimes in which people engaged in security service invaded the homes of clients and committed robbery and rape occurred and violent crimes committed by the employees of security enterprises are continuously increasing. For enhancement of the quality of security service, they must necessarily have right sense of ethics. Accordingly, this study suggested the methods like the following. First, cultivation of professionalism of the employees of security enterprises Second, development of leisure education program for the employees of security enterprises Third, cultivation of service spirit through voluntary service of the employees of security enterprise Through the methods like the above, enhancement of image of security enterprises and improvement of quality of security industry will be achieved and henceforward empirical study on those should be continuously progressed.
